called a local company to repair a faulty outdoor unit. When the techs arrived one was quite unprofessional and was cussing when he first looked at the unit while the owners were in hearing distance. couldn’t get it fired up for 20 min until I found the valve at the tank was closed. Still didn’t fire up after working on it for 30 min. They ended up ordering a part to place in this very rusted outside unit. The new part didn’t work and the owner wasn’t given his money back. Ended up the gas company inspected the unit and condemned the unit. Went to Fowler and the tech said he thought that was going to be condemned. Ended up replacing the guts of the system and the original tech couldn’t get it running(after 3 visits obviously no training on this type of system and didn’t do the proper thing to bring someone out that knew the system). Ended up the owner had to come out to get running. In the mean time paid the gas company charged hundred dollars to un condemn the unit and no, Fowler never reimbursed me that money. Was kind of concerned when they showed up in a beat up, unmarked van thinking this a fly by night operation. The lack of knowledge and professionalism can be spread quickly in this small community
