the place is ok but being a gamer i was disappointed that they throw out there gaming strategy books at this gamestop but i was kinda disappointed that i had too try 3 wii controllers out too play one game of final fantasy on different days but other then that there ok

Gamespot always has had a great selection on current games. Price wise, you are better off looking for used games on amazon or ebay, as they may be less expensive. However, Gamespot has great quality control. The discs are always in good condition, and at most have light starches. The same cannot be said for online shopping.
If you are a collector looking for older games, you are better off looking online also, as gamespot’s oldest is «last gen», which would be the PS2 era. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice, they will always try to sell you gameinformer magazine, but that is a very good magazine anyways so it works out.
Overall, probably your best bet to pick up a used game.
