I wish there was option to give no star this this sweet men, he’s very sweet but honestly he has no knowledge in surgery specially cosmetic, I’ve had 2 times nose job done with him I made a big mistake after I saw he gave me a bad result I shouldn’t go back for a touch up which he charged me again and only gave me $ 500 off, first time was 3500 $ and besides he only made my nose bigger and gave me the most ugliest nose. I have pictures from before and after of first time and second time, as a prove, I was very depressed since I was very young so I didn’t do my research, now hopefully by this review u can decide, not only me I’ve seen people went to him for tummy tuck and lipo horrible I was scared when I saw their result, plzzzz dr. golshahi don’t do a costmeic surgery on people u want people to be happy or depressed, I went to Iran for the third time I got my nose fixed and the surgeon told me basically he didn’t do anything to ur nose he just opened and messed it up and closed it. Hopefully u read this dr. Golshahi.

I feel like I wasted my money. I dont recommend him and I suggest that you look elsewere. the only positive feedback I have is about him as a person. Seems like a kind man but perhaps its best to retire. Front desk coordinator Gabby is very friendly and helpful.

Here is the truth about Dr. Golshahi:
He is the most patient and kindest plastic surgeon I have ever met.
Nevertheless, he does an amazing job with being a talented surgeron with years of experience.
I have seen his results on liposuction and rhinoplasty and both were amazing!!!
As a very careful person I went with a friend for a consultation first and he explained everything very detailed and answered all our questions.
He doesn’t just look at the aesthetic result only but also really cares about the medical point of view.
Since we had a good feeling we wanted to set up an appointment for surgery but he wanted us to go and see other places to have at least a second opinion. Which is very unusual in the cosmetic surgery business :)
After making an appointment with Gaby, who really takes care from the first moment until you clarified everything, and having the procedure done, the results were amazing.
If you want to pay a lot of $$$$$ for minimum results don’t choose him.
He is the perfect M.D. to go to if you want the best possible result without having to pay for a name or location.
