Jack In The Box

I went to this restaurant on 2÷6÷16 around 7:40pm. Received the WORST service I have ever had at a Jack In The Box. Martha could not understand «Two orders of Regular Tacos». After going through the order three times and her not understanding how many tacos this was I had her cancel the order and we started again. Finally after the fourth time we thought she got it right. After 10 minutes we still had not got our food. When I went back up to the counter and asked about our order she looked lost. When i asked If our order had been messed up, she said, «Yes.» Five minutes later our order came and it was wrong. The «Manager» came out and said, «They got the order right!» The manager showed no initiative or customer service to fix this problem. I am glad the other Jack In The Box restaurants I frequent, are not like this one. I will NEVER go to this one again.

My pals at this Jack in the Box have always been there when I needed them. Their dine in hours are till midnight and the drive thru is open ²⁴⁄₇ and they’re even open on all major holidays. I’ve always loved their original tacos and at 2 for $ 1 that price cannot be beat. They also have a Coca Cola freestyle machine so you can add syrup to any of your favorite drinks for flavor. Holla for Cherry Coke! Come hungry, leave happy my fellow Unilocalers.

Lady in front counter is always nice & friendly ! Never had a bad experience, or my order wrong. Recommend this place.

Jack in the box overall has some pretty good fast food. Their curly fries are amazing and the club salad is good and decent. This review isn’t for the food of the location it’s for the costumer service. Specifically for the guy named Bruno.
Me and my boyfriend have been coming late night/​early morning and out of coincidence I guess we keep getting Bruno as the cashier we talk to through drive thru. He has amazing customer service to be honest. Always polite and patient with our annoying questions. His voice is just as polite when we roll up to the window. Major props because it must suck working graveyard shifts. Thanks Bruno.

90% of the time I eat at Jack it’s for breakfast. I’m not really a fan of burgers to begin with and I’m not a huge fan of anything other than the breakfast here. I’m good with a supreme crosaint sandwich that has bacon, ham, egg and cheese with a hash brown and a side ranch. Of course the sandwich is not on a fluffy bread or well put together but that’s what’s expected it’s fast food! Bonus is that breakfast is served all day long!
The service here is usually pretty good. They are pretty good about getting the orders right and moving quickly! Every now and then you get someone that messes up or can’t get things straight but I must say it’s rare.

We all know Jack in the Box is greasy, and most fast food places are not known for good customer service. However, this one in particular is has excellent customer service! I have been here twice and had the same guy take my order; he’s fast, friendly, and extremely polite.
I do not expect great service at fast food joints, especially since it seems like customer service has become a dying art…

Soooo sloppy!!! There is an whole big ass piece of egg shell in my breakfast jack. If they are this sloppy… what else might they be sloppy with? I bet their employees don’t wash their hands often! That’s a realistic possibility. think about it. So don’t go here!

Literally hate this place. They messed up my food. And now I’m super grumpy. Thank you jack in the box for ruining my life

The food was ok but the service and clean were beyond horrible, it seems like Martha the cashier was in a hurry to leave, she seem unhappy or mad, I went to the restroom and it seems like it hasn’t been clean in months, the smell was beyond horrible

This is what I get for deciding on a late night junk run after I’d tried to be good and cooked a salmon and brussel sprout dinner. They got my order correct on the screen, then I drove around and waited a couple of minutes for the young girl to stop laughing loudly and telling a story about her personal life (shouting it) to whomever was in the back. She finally took my money (while loudly laughing in my face) and then it was more waiting and more loud personal anecdotes — about 5 minutes’ worth. Then I was handed my bag and I stupidly drove off. After getting home I realized they shorted me a large fry and the one they did give me was so burned it was inedible.
Never. Again.

This review is for customer service. I have lived in Orange near the Tustin Street Jack in the Box for 30 years. I admit to sometimes driving over to Jack in the Box for a late night snack. I have always received friendly, positive customer service. So, a «5» rating for the employees of this Jack in the Box on North Tustin Street in Orange.

In my previous Jack-​in-​the-​Box review I said the food was «pretty doggone good» so I decided to go back and grab some breakfast a couple of weeks ago and chose one of the new items called a Jack in the Box «Grande» Breakfast Burrito. Not bad!

This restaurant is terrible, they did my order wrong when I ordered and they typed it in. I went back and they didn’t try to correct it. I noticed that he kept deleting it and reentering it into the system but kept messing it up. This is one of the worst Jack in the Boxes I’ve been to. The customer service is terrible. I am never returning again.

So whose this Jack? Hes never home. Located at the tip of Orange all the way near Heilm and Tustin sits Jack in the Box, a childhood favotite chain that offers early morning and late night eats with breakfast all day.
I spend a lot of time in this little corner of Orange since the beast has a gig in this area on most weekends I frequent this corner for iced cold drinks. The iced peach tea or rasberry tea are my favorites. They are sweetened in house with their own syrup.
I usually order the tacos for us. They are really bad for you but really good. The new little cronuts are tastey too. Other favorites are the big cheeseburger plain, the meat is seasoned which I like. Breakfast items always please me too.
Service has always been great whether I go inside or use the drive thru. Sometimes they forget my straw.
4 stars for easy access, price and service. 3 star food.

Usually this location has good food, but this time the food was really bad. I felt sick after eating it. The food did not look like it was even prepared properly. Not sure if it was bad luck, but I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon. Really disappointed.

I’ve had a few problems with this Jack getting my order wrong — usually not making my burger properly. I’ve learned to just be overly clear about how I want my food and haven’t had a mistake in a while. I really dislike being charged extra for sauces — the cashier at the window always seem to make me feel as though it is a really big deal and a problem getting extra ranch.

One of the best Jacks I have been to in Orange County. They staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially for being so early in the morning. I am a creature of habit and typically order the breakfast platter each morning with a cup of coffee. It sounds strange that I am a health-​nut going to jack in the box but they have so kindly adopted to my desires and allow me to adjust the platter to my liking within reason.
Prices and efficiency are excellent, keep up the great representation!

Fast food needs Fast service and this location has that right. It’s jack in the box, you should know what you are getting.

I work late nights and this has become a goto place for a late night snack. I’m always impressed by how friendly they are in the drive-​thru at 3am. As for food, it’s Jack in the Box.

Ok I never review fast food places on Unilocal BUT i went to jack today and I was not happy. So my office asked that I work around this area today and come lunch time I needed to get something quick. Well what do you know? Jack is across the street.
There was no line when I walked in. I placed my order and waited. I ordered THREE things… tacos, a shake, and cheese sticks… to go.
I grab my order when ready and I drive back to my office. First thing I ordered, a shake. I was given NO straw. Second thing, tacos. I was given NO hot sauce. Third and last thing I ordered, cheese sticks. I was given NO marinara sauce. UGHHH! Really?!
Total fail!!!
