Worked with Beth on a bathroom project. Things started off well but my delivery was incomplete and at the wrong time. No return call until the next day.
Next project started better but needed an additional after the bathroom was completed that cost $ 61. I asked the salesman there to order it and ship it UPS but they insisted on getting a deposit instead of allowing me to pay in full. When I asked why the inflexible policy I was told so I don’t cancel.
This was after spending close to $ 20,000 on two separate projects. If I didn’t cancel on that why the hell would I cancel on a $ 60 robe hook?
Needless to say I ordered it online for the same price and they lost a customer.
Get out of the dark ages and learn what customer service is about.
