I love their food! It’s so tasty. Coming from Morristown the Chinese in East Orange has been very disappointing. This food is so good though!

Second time ordering from here. I Njoy my pad Thai. Knowing they have bubble tea, my daughters can’t wait

Ordered here for the second time from grubhub. Sushi is fresh. Delivery is within the time frame provided. Delivery guys have been polite and nice. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be ordering from here again:)

i called for delivery and confirmed with them that they delivered to where i was at. guy i spoke to said
i ordered and paid via CC. he said it would be 30 – 40 mins.OK.
30 mins later they call back and say im too far.
im so furious! so unacceptable!

I’ve ordered delivery from this place many times. Each time thinking that maybe they’ll get better. Yes the sushi is cheap but there are other places in the same area to order from that are the same quality and price. Every time I order online they say 30 – 45 min and I know in reality with all places that you order from delivery add approximately 20 min… This place took an 1.5 hours. On top of that when they call you to state they are here they are still 10 minutes away so you are standing there waiting for them and you could have just gone out and picked up the food themselves. My last order I had to call the store in order to remind them I’m still waiting which was after the 1 hour mark. The last driver I had stated she was new but all the drivers have done the same thing whether new or old. I can’t say what it’s like to eat at that place or to pick up from there but they’ve definitely lost my business. I really wish I just ordered from their rival who is always on time, same quality of sushi, and better price.

Very sad actually. I called for delivery and an elderly man answered the phone. His phone was breaking up, he kept repeating my credit card number aloud over and over while saying «show me ya ID» until finally he was convinced he had it correctly. I gave up because I was taught to be patient and respect my elders. About 20 mins later a lady called «what’s your CREDIT CARD #»? lol I verified she was with the restaurant and reluctantly gave it to her over the phone. She says make sure you show us your ID I then started to get a little aggravated. I told her look: it’s CC policy all you need to see is the signature on the back, I don’t have to show you anything. You’re coming to my home. If I’m committing CC fraud I’m certainly NOT going to do it in my home! She says her name is Joyce and when she was in Hoboken she didn’t have any disputes but has had 3 complaints in the last month alone at $ 30 a piece, now she needs to see everyone’s ID. I conceded from hunger. We laughed and talked for a minute I could tell she was just scared. I asked her if my food was done? She said we’re cooking now. WOW! Ok an hour had passed. We hang up after a 13 minute convo. We even decided to have a talk one day to help her with CC stuff that’s my forte after all. Twenty more mins pass the phone rings it’s Joyce «did you order miso soup?» I’m like NO I did not. She says ok, he says someone did… I’m trying to figure out who did, ok. I’m thinking ‘stop letting grandpa answer the dayum phone haha’ finally I get a phone call it is finally the delivery driver. «Food’s here»! I say Buzz my bell I’ll let you in. I wait,… nothing. I call the number back. He starts screaming «I’m NOT coming in the building do you want the effing food our NOT»? I call Joyce she says I’ll talk to him see if I can get him to come up, you know our policy is we don’t go up «i don’t know YOUR policy» how would I know? I get dressed go downstairs he’s gone. And they charged my CC $ 17.00 I wonder if those funds will be released.
The moral of the story is if you’re afraid of black people don’t set up shop in a black neighborhood. Stay in Hoboken. Because honestly I think the disputes are for lousy service not because you’re a victim of fraud. Terrible. Plus you’re trying to do too much. Thai, Japanese, Chinese, American… find one and master it because you guys suck. And
They charged me and never saw my ID. WTH?

OMG. I wish I could rate negative stars.
Please don’t order from here. I spent $ 40 on sushi and sashimi because it was close and the fish tasted OLD. NOT FRESH FISH and no flavor. The sashimi was mushy and the «crab» was that cheap imitation pollock stuff. I didn’t know you could sell that as sashimi. The shrimp was thrown in the sashimi dinner and IT HAD A VEIN in it.
The seaweed was tough on the rolls. The spicy salmon tasted like that salmon you get in a can. GROSS.
I even ordered the spicy calamari as an appetizer and they were as big as onion rings which makes me wonder what it really was. I saw an article on NPR where restaurants were passing off pig anus as calamari…
In any event, despite the pretty menu, it is just one of those storefronts trying to seem better than they are. I will always order from Bill & Harry’s for Chinese and go to montclair to bamboo for Japanese.
This place was ridics. They also sell chicken wings and French fries and offer a free can you of soda if you pay cash which is a sign that their food probably isn’t that great. If you don’t know any better or don’t have a car I guess this is an ok option.
When I went to pick it up there was no one in there. The pics from the menu are NOT THEIR FOOD.
THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME.

I ordered through their website @6:20pm on a Friday evening. It is now after 7pm and have yet to receive my food. I called their restaurant telephone, and all I got was a busy tone. Their website says they are open, but obviously their online delivery system does not work. Waste of time. NEVER ordering from them again. It’s a shame since I was looking forward to Pad Thai.
Update: So, I gave them another chance because they are the only place within 10 miles that has Vegetarian Pad Thai on their menu and delivers. The second time around, their phones worked and they delivered within an hour’s time. If this continues, they will continue to have my service.

Very friendly service great food. Thai Japanese and Chinese food. Lots of food to chose from and service is fast, I ordered something that wasn’t on the menu. and they had no problem making it. I recommend this place for lunch and take out
