Mail Place

Worst service ever! There’s a beast of a woman who is rude, incompetent & offers ZERO help in any category regarding mail! She’s also a rip off service! Charged $ 4.40 to mail one small yellow envelope. I asked her name to report her for being so rude & she wouldn’t share… As I walked out I saw the name «MENA’S!!! I thought MEAN– A’s! How appropriate! Will Not go back nor recommend to anyone!

They told me they had a notary, and I told them I would be right over. When I got there the place was messy, they barely spoke English, and they didn’t have a person who did notary.

Very friendly owner. I went in to get fingerprinted and send off some important forms. He worked with me to figure out the best way to ship my package, did my fingerprinting, and talked with me the whole time. Prices are reasonable, and it’s very professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went to this Mail Place for Passport Photo. The 4 pictures were printed on portable and cheap machine. The machine spins the paper back and forth a few times for printing different colors on the same paper and the pictures were very blurry (not sharp). I complained and she asked me to pay for them (I paid $ 12) and she will take the picture again. The pictures were blurry again due to the cheap machine and she asked for $ 2 more.
I refused to take and to pay additional $ 2 because all the pictures were not sharp enough for the passport quality. She then took the 4 pictures which I did not take and cut into small pieces in the paper cutter with the angry reaction. Just like to put the knife and cut into my face many times.
Very rude woman and very low quality of pictures. I would VOID this place. I still have the receipt.

I went in to get my passport photo and she was the best. It took only minutes and they did a great job.

I’ve had many great experiences at this store! They do an awesome job with LiveScan fingerprinting, Notary, shipping, packaging, and passport photos! They are fast, efficient, and extremely friendly service. I highly recommend this place.

This place is the one stop shop for everything I need. The people in there are so friendly. I went in there to get my LiveScan fingerprinting done, I also found a few items that my mom would like, so I shipped them right from there and I also got my passport photo taken. This place does everything!!! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Came here to get a LiveScan fingerprint reading for a job and Mena’s Mail Place did the trick! They were not busy at all so I was able to get my fingerprinting done in less than 10 minutes for $ 20…
However– this is not what makes this place awesome. What makes it worth writing about is their selection of merchandise.
If you are into statues of Jesus, Egyptian themed artifacts (serious), rhinestone encrusted dogs (still serious), or other various highly desirable gift giving opportunities – then this is the place for you.
Never have I seen such a random display of items for sale. The greeting cards have probably been sitting on the shelf for at least a decade – they referenced things like the «El Nino» weather patterns and «The Macarena». The only thing missing was a card that talked about that «new» rapper, Vanilla Ice. Or maybe something about Crystal Pepsi. It was like going to the Smithsonian for pop-​culture references of the 90s!
As if this wasn’t enough to make this place epic, they also had pamphlets giving out information on the bible in both English and Spanish. And wooden birds. And children’s barrette’s.
So when you feel like making your white elephant gift exchange a real hit, come to Mena’s Mail Place and pick out something absolutely unforgettable that people will be talking about for the rest of the year.
