Love love love Mika Sushi! Everyone’s so nice and everything on their menu is so yummy. We tried Mika Roll, Dragon roll, Mango Tango, and Diablo roll. They were all super good and fresh, I will definitely come back again to try out more foods here.

Only if I could rate this place 6 or higher! Mika Sushi makes the best sushi in town, like literally! It is a small little restaurant located right in front of the Windsor Lux. Apartment, also right next to Subway(near starbucks). The staffs here are so KIND and GENEROUS! They always greet customers with smile and are quick with everything — very convenient! We came here for dinner and they were doing happy hours, all reasonably discounted. I’d highly recommend Maki Sushi’s Dynamite Rolls, Mexican Rolls, Sapporo Rolls! ALLSUPERFRESHYUMMYANDDELICIOUS! The sushi chefs are so kind they even gave out those fancy deep fried albacores with spicy tuna on top to every tables for free, yes they were amaazing! Overall: chill vibe(5) food and its freshness(5) customer service(5)

Super yummy. I came across this while looking for a new spot to check out for lunch. I wasn’t even looking for sushi but the reviews got me curious. It’s a small, clean, organized restaurant. I ordered the garlic edamame, cucumber salad and aloha roll. Everything was delicious and my ordered was completed promptly. I couldn’t ask for me. The roll was fresh and a great combo of flavors. The edamame was super good too. I’ll be back for sure.

Incredible rolls!!! My husband had Diablo Roll, and I had Mango Tango Roll. Both from the blackboard menu. They were scrumptious! Have to, have to go back!!!

This place is so good! Their fish was so good and I never tasted their sauce before but they were delish! My most favorite roll was salmon killer. I think I should go there next time with my friends, they love sushi. Now I have a new favorite sushi restaurant :)

Came in tonight at 9pm with ample time to eat comfortably. The waitress was rude and pushy for me and my guest to eat fast and pay. Never coming back here again! First time and last time eating at this place!

***Updated review 1⁄28 If I could change my 1-star to NO stars, I would. Ordered to-go again, the order was correct, HOWEVER, a different girl working approaches me and says«Are you the Kaitlyn that wrote the bad review on Unilocal? My boss wants to know if you’ll remove it because it’s bad for business.» First of all, you DON’T ask someone to remove a bad review because it’s bad for business. If you had good customer service in the first place, it never would have been posted. Secondly, if the boss wants it removed, he can come out and speak for himself AND apologize for the poor service that was originally received. Don’t send the host out to do it for you. 3rd, good customer service = recognizing the problem and offering to make things better. This just goes to show what horrible customer service this business has. You have officially lost 2 weekly customers. We’ll go next door to Hotto Sushi. They’re actually polite and interested in providing good customer service there. So FYI to anyone else who posts bad reviews for this business, be prepared to be confronted about it. And not in a way that they’re offering to better your opinion on the business.

Great, great sushi and new tasty creations. Tried the Tuna Salmon avocado Poki Tartar… Amazing! Chunks of fresh fish, excellent unique flavor that exceeds my foodie expectations. Rolls are fresh, gourmet sushi combos and the price is so much better than other places. I love this place. If I lived closer I’d be here every night! Chef and waitresses are very friendly and attentive.

The place was unexpectedly pretty bomb. I wasn’t expecting much when i first went since I figured it was just another generic hole in the wall sushi spot. I was gladly mistaken. The fried soft shell crab was mouth watering goodness. It was the kind of food that you start feeling bad for eating because you’re already so full but you just need more in you. The yellowtail collar was tender as all heck but if I’m being perfectly honest with myself, it was a little salty for my taste. I ended up getting a sushi plate as well and each piece was fresh and light. Salmon? Good. Tuna? Good. Seared Ahi? Instant Mouthgasm. The owner/chef even brought out a complimentary dish. No clue what it was but it went in my mouth and I regret nothing. I wish I could give a comprehensive review about the pricing as well but I didn’t even get to see the check.(BONUS!) Overall, this is a hidden gem in the heart of Orange. I’ll definitely be back.

This place really is a hidden gem. It is so good and yummy. Everything is reasonable as far as prices, and they are all good quality. Especially the sushi… I ordered salmon, tuna, albacore, yellowtail, seared tuna. They were all presented very well, and was very cheap since i came during happy hour… Their deals are 4:30 — 7:30 and they offer a different menu for the happy hour it self. I have been to many places and this place definitely deserves 5 stars. I have been a fan of family owned sushi restaurants… And its because they build a relationship with you. It was good and i plan on coming back ! Thanks chef with your service !!

It’s a hole in the wall sushi place in a strip mall, very low maintenance feel. There’s a handful of seats, probably fits about 25 total. So don’t expect a high end Japanese restaurant with rice paper dividers and banzai plants sprouting out from every corner: P The sushi itself is pretty good given reasonable happy hour prices. Drop by from 4:30−7:30(M thru Sa). You can get some specialty rolls for about $ 6.50 each. They also have 2 piece nigiri for $ 3, although just your typical cuts like yellowtail, salmon, tuna, etc. Their Mexican roll, spicy tuna with avocado topped with a drop of hot sauce, had a nice kick to it. Also loved the spicy tuna tempura roll, which is basically a deep fried spicy tuna roll. Who doesn’t love fatty deep friedness? Yea, we got two of those haha. The one roll we would have skipped was the In & Out roll, which was super peppery and for some strange reason, tasted like ham… like Thanksgiving day smoked ham, which was weird to have for sushi… pass… Sorry, no beer specials for happy hour :(Otherwise, we left stuffed with not too shabby a tab.

Came here for dinner during the weekday because BF wanted sushi. I wanted to try a new place not too far from home so this place was it! It’s located across from the Mainplace Mall where the Starbucks and Jamba Juice is. Parking can be pretty bad at times, but people come and go all the time. Small little place, but food was good! What we got: Mixed Tempura, Rainbow Roll, Sapporo Roll($ 20HH): 3 items for $ 20? Not a bad deal in my opinion! Mixed tempura came with 2 shrimps and 3 different vegetable, dipping sauce could have been better, but the tempura was crunchy and didn’t fall off after one bite. Rainbow roll is my BF’s favorite and I was expecting some small roll or half a roll, but it actually was a full sized roll! Sushi stayed together and didn’t fall apart, good amount of imitation crab mix inside and nice cuts of fish. Sapporo roll was pretty good too, much more creamier. I wanted to try something new since I always get a salmon based roll so this was a good roll. Spicy tuna mix inside, albacore and fried onions on top. Salmon, Yellowtail, & Albacore Nigiri($ 3/pair HH): we only ordered this because we got the 2 rolls weren’t going to be enough… salmon though! It was delicious! Nice cuts of fish and not too much rice, just how I like it. I didn’t care for the yellowtail or albacore that much though. Service: It wasn’t too bad. I think there was only like 1 worker out front and one sushi chef. Food came out pretty quick. Will definitely come back for their happy hour!
