The customer do not give a fair tip~. Better not be there again, I can not image what the staff there will do in your food, had a friend work there, tells me how they will treat their customer. … So …

The food was mediocre for the price we paid. We drove from Beaumont to this location and honestly the Tokyo place in Beaumont was a lot better. The staff did not even acknowledge our presence when we arrived. 2 of the hostesses stared at us while a 3rd was busy with something else. The waiter was not helpful at all. We went for stir fry and could not find it anything about it on the menu and the waiter did not clarify any questions we had. Very disappointed. If I want Mongolian stir fry I will continue to go to genghis grill. And for sushi and hibachi Tokyo.

Tried it with some friends the first time and the second time with my wife and nephew. Do not know what happened but my wife did not get the bowl she prepared for them to cook. Just left us with a distaste for the place. I think Genghis Grill is much better and the trip to Port Arthur is worth it.

I’ve been here a couple of times when I’ve visited relatives in Orange. The food is pretty good, but nothing extraordinary. Sauce variety at the grill bar is good and so are the meat and veggie options. I’d like to try some sushi next time I visit!

HUGE portions for a good price. You have total control of what you want if you get the bowl. The sushi has improved since the last couple times I’ve been. They have great lunch specials on weekdays from 11am-3pm.

Great choice when everybody wants something diiferent. Build your own stir-fry bowl with a wide variety of fresh veggies, meats, seafood, tofu and a great selection of sauces. Then they stir-fry for you and bring it to you with your choice of white rice, fried rice, brown rice or noodles. Great meal for short money!

Today was the second time I have ever eaten here and I really do love the food! I was pleased with the waiter Ethan and how attentive he was. Only reason why this isn’t getting all five stars is because I feel the prices are a little high.

Worst service ever. Never got my food. It went to another table. The only apology I got was to go back through the full dinner line and remake my bowl and wait. No discount, nothing. Got nothing but horrible attitude. Will never go here again.

Update… I hate this place wholeheartedly. I felt at first that it wasn’t that bad, but now it has completely downgraded. Essentially have been insulted and harassed the whole meal by the waiter. Took nearly 30min for drinks, when I received my drink it had paper in the bottom and the food sucks once again The sushi went from above buffet quality to below gas station quality, it was terrible and horrid. Basically I will never come back, 2 Stars for the cheap prices though, but expect a mediocre experience on all levels.

Two words, Crobie Roll. Do yourself a favor and get this next time you go. It quickly became my favorite. Don’t be scared to mix and match their sauces together. The only complaint I have is the cubed beef can be chewy. Just stick with the peppered steak and you’ll be fine.

For a small town the food was good, service was nice, margarita was nice and atmosphere was ok. Considering our last experience in Orange, TX this place was a hit. We had sushi to start which was very fresh and Mongolian grill that tasted good. They could have put a little more noodles.

Great place to eat. We recently ate at the Ghengis Grille in Port Arthur and found it good, but with signs on the podium giving us the indication that they do not serve shrimp due to the«high cost». Then we went to the Mongolican Grille in Orange and guess what, they have«in-expensive shrimp» on the table and I can put as much as I want to(as long as it fits in the bowl”. By the way no extra cost for having shrimp. The pricing, atmosphere, service and food are much better than Ghengis Grille.

I love chinese food. I love japanese food and I did like this place, however, what sells me to this type of resturant is sushi. I dont like the regular rice and sushi I like the plain raw shashimi sushi however I prefer no ice. Yes people bad place for sushi mine was frozen… I was horrified. plus I got the salad, soup, and meal brought out simoutainously followed by im sorry I completely forgot your food. Food was alright so I gave it 1 star. But tacked on another one because they are still open.(Must be doing something right, just dont know what)

I absolutely love this place, but I knock it down 2 stars because it can be a little confusing if you have never been before. The grill is wonderful and the combinations are endless. I also gave it three stars because the sushi is sub par, I would definitely pick a different restaurant if you are going just for the sushi.

Very nice atmosphere. Service was fast and informative. I had the spicy tuna roll with ginger and wasabi my daughter had the California roll and we shared a salmon roe. Everything was fresh and delivers fast. The wife ate from the grill and was very satisfied.
