this is the worst clinic and their shoes are so over priced This is for the hanger clinic on Katella in Anaheim. To make matters worst 4 months after my visit I get a bill saying I owe them when I called it turns out that OOPS we forgot you made your co pay at the date of service and we owe you money. This was in May ’15 update to August 27,15 after numerous calls there was another OOPS we don’t owe you a refund they made some adjustments Yea right. I will never use this company again and speaking with management was a total waste of time

First they are no longer Scope, they have changed their name to Hanger Clinic. Don’t go there either way, It took me 3 days and 6 messages to get someone to return a call, so I could make an appointment. Then the appointment was going to be 10 days away. I asked her how much it was going to cost with my insurance. She was not willing to even speculate if it would be $ 200.00 or $ 4,000.00. I called a different place in Anaheim, someone answered the phone, took my insurance info and called my insurance company. One hour later she called me back with a cost of $ 56.28. I really didn’t need it to be that exact. I made a appointment for the next day. If you can find service like this elsewhere, why go to Hanger Clinic?

They are Excellent!!! couldn’t had have a better experience with them. My son Eli need it cranial molding(due to a condition called torticollis) — so cute he got to wear a custom made just for him helmet, he didn’t mind wearing it and actually helped me with accidental bumps to the head lol. Ms. Tiffany Fong was the Sweetest ever, she played with Eli and was so gentle with him. The whole process was just so pleasant– I couldn’t been happier. now my lil guy has a perfectly shaped head.
