I don’t take my bike anywhere else. Tim is the best and always get’s my bike back sooner than I would expect. More personable than other shops. As a matter of fact my chain just broke today. Couldn’t fix myself, pin was lost. Tim stopped what he was doing and fixed on the spot. Always a great experience.

I’ve worked with over a dozen bike shops for maintenance in the last 10 – 15 years. Tim at Switchback is THE BEST, BY FAR. He takes every repair seriously and is an absolute expert. If you go to one of the big shops or worse, a chain, there is NO guarantee of the quality of work. Tim is friendly, available and offers fair pricing. I’ve watched him work and he never rushes or cuts corners. Your bike could not be in better hands.
