This review is for the owner regarding my experience with how my hair. I am extremely upset with they way this salon chose to handle my situation. I never once felt like I was «right» nor were my concerns/​needs were met. The salon owner 100% defended the stylist and didn’t even have the audacity to call me and talk to me about my hair. I had to go to another salon and get it fixed days before a huge red carpet event. When she addressed me through Unilocal messaging she belittled the situation and made so much light of it. I will never refer anyone to this salon. I have also talk to others in the community and they too have very similar experiences with this salon owner and feel that she is completely rude.

This review is long over due! I rarely post reviews (good or bad) but was searching through and noticed the negative review posted here for my FAVORITE stylist so had to comment! I have been a loyal client of Chelsea’s for several years and absolutely LOVE her! She is the sweetest thing and is amazingggg with color! I have had black, brown, red, violet, and blonde hair and she has never once let me down. She is the only person I trust with my hair.
If you want an amazing stylist who truly cares about her clients, give Chelsea a call you won’t regret it!

Jenn is the absolute best ever! I have been going with her to get my hair cut, dyed and extensions for over 10 years now! I always leave happy and feeling beautiful :) & the atmosphere here is amazing!

Kelly Lang is the absolute best for color corrections! I was a warm blonde and decided I wanted to go lighter and she got me pretty light without damaging the hair– using OLAPLEX. She worked her chair magic! Highly recommend her.

Alyssa Alcala is by far the most talented and professional stylist on the planet. I have long blonde hair that needs maintenance bi monthly and She makes me giddy each time I leave the salon. She has been with the salon for over 12 years and is quite the veteran in the game. Look no further, your perfect hair angel has arrived.

I have been using Liz to cut my hair for the last 15 years and she has always done an amazing job. I highly recommend her.

I see Chelsea here. I adore her. She is great with blondes and is a blonde herself. I am new to OC and found her through a Unilocal search. I’m so thankful I found her. It can be really scary getting a new hair person. I highly recommend her to anyone who’s nervous about trying someone new.

Clean, great staff, very friendly, great prices without nickel and diming you to upgrade services. Lanie is a great manicure and pedicure person, so responsive!

I desperately needed a haircut since a friend told me I looked like Mel Gibson from his Lethal Weapon days. Matthew did an outstanding job and I was very pleased. Even my girlfriend did a double take when I got home. I’ll definitely be back before Mel Gibson returns.

This review is for my favorite hair lady, Miss Tara Alexander. I’ve been driving all the way from LA to see Tara for a year, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a badass vintage stylist with amazing coloring skills who is always willing to give a little tutorial while she’s doing my hair. I’ve learned so much from her, my hair has never looked better, and her prices are unbelievably good. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with her.

I was very skeptical on trusting someone with my hair, especially transitioning from black to my natural hair color which is a light brown. I was looking around everywhere for different places and different people to see who I can trust… every person I went to wanted to over charge me and wanted to cut 3 inches off my hair. I came across Chelsea thru a couple friends from work. I was amazed at my friend Alyssas hair who went from a bright red to a beautiful blonde. Her hair looked so shiny and healthy after, so I immediately got her number and text her for an appointment. She was very sweet and very understanding of what I wanted. I sent her a pic and set up my app. I went in and it was a very nice salon, the receptionist guided me to where Chelsea was, I greeted her and we got started right away, she was very nice. offered me something to drink and showed my son where he can sit and offered him a magazine lol. So cute, anyway she stripped the black out of my hair and added the dye, and omg amazing… she dried and curled it for me… i’m in love with the color… I highly recommend Chelsea Weifenbach!

Jenn Szots is fabulous! Second time going to her and won’t be going anywhere else ;) She did a beautiful job working with my old ombré and layering in some lighter pieces to totally transform my look. My hair looks blended and natural and I couldn’t be happier. Book an apt with Jenn if you want a beautiful color job!

I have been going to Synergy Salon & Spa for about a year now and I’m very happy with their services. However, I’d like to point out one of the top stylists in the salon– Chelsea Weifenbach. She is amazing at what she does and she’s turned into a very close friend over the last year. She is so sweet and kind hearted and goes above and beyond the standard expectations of a typical hair stylist. She is such a perfectionist and is genuinely interested in her clients needs and wants and she is just wonderful. I love her and always look forward to sitting in her chair :)

Found this little piece of delight on Unilocal and decided to check it out. Making an appointment was easy and fast. Lani is the best manicurist I’ve ever had! She’s so kind and inviting with conversation. The whole atmosphere of the salon is upbeat and lively. Everyone at the salon was super nice and helpful too. Everything about this place makes me want to keep coming back!

I get my hair done by the fabulous Tara Alexander upstairs! It’s a large open salon with a really cool vibe. Everyone is super friendly and parking is always easy. Most recently I got double teamed by Tara and Kelly Lang! Tara colored my hair as always because she’s my color queen, and Kelly gave me the most luxurious extensions to match! I love them
as a team and highly recommend their services!!!

I’ve known Kelly Lang for quite awhile, I fiiiiiinally had her touch up my do and boooy am I glad I did! She does MAGNIFICENT work and is a very good pal. Thank you tons, Kelly!

(Sigh)… So I really wanted to love this place sadly it did NOT happen. My sister came here to get an up-​do and the girl did a decent job.
So I decide let’s try and see what they can do with color. I was a bit desperate to find a hairstylist that was inexpensive yet reasonable and gave me what I wanted for what I paid.
I called to set up an appointment during working hours and no answer? Left a voice mail and set up an appointment for a consultation.
During my consultation I let the stylist know I’m looking to go drastic. Either brunette (b/​c I was done searching for the stylist that could achieve my idea of a perfect blond) or the blond of my dreams which another stylist across from her had…
I asked «can you give me that color? If not please make me a brunette.» she fed me what I wanted to hear, «yes I can give you that color.»
A couple hours later I got a color that was NOT what I asked. My hair looked okay but had she been honest and told me that I would not look like THAT color I wanted, I wouldn’t have been so disappointed.
Luckily for me after trial and error I found a stylist elsewhere who works wonders.
