This is probably the worst retail store ever. There is absolutely no customer service priority here. We came here to return our old phones to get the credit. We were greeted by a gentleman who took our name and number. We then waited for about an hour. We had seen a few people come and go already. As we waited we see an associate go into the restroom with his phone obviously to hide in making a personal call. We also see the greeter sitting down and dozing in and out of sleep. The associate that helped us was Tony who actually did a very good job and recommend him if you do need help otherwise I’d stay away from this place. Umair the«solutions manager» asks us what the problem is and just as we are about to tell him, he walks away to help someone else. Tony who was helping us even apologized for his behavior. Umair seemed to be a problem manager rather than a solutions manager. For a retail store there isn’t much product in the store either. Also they are big in trying to sell you personal hotspots. Long story short, don’t come here unless you’re forced to.

If I could give zero I would. I was in there today to buy Iphone 6+ and possibly an iPad was greeted at the door and asked if I would like a representative which I obliged. Waited for a half hour an not one person asked if I could be helped. I saw two people walk in and immediately get helped. You would think someone would want the sale. Safe to say I’m spending my money elsewhere.

Verizon’s service is excellent. Great reception super fast 4G. That is the only good things about Verizon. Caveat Emptor: If you don’t know what you are buying before you walk in the front door, don’t buy it. They seem to try to trick you into signing new contracts without explaining the additional fee’s, ie, data, extra line, etc. etc. None was explained to the customer. Always read the contract before you sign!!!

Absolutely awful customer service at this location! Staff continued to argue and make up excuses for a charge I should not have gotten on my bill even after they told me they couldn’t do anything from the store. Told me I had to call *611 and would not call for me to help me out. I work wireless at a third party retailer and I can do at least that to help an upset customer. This is a corporate store, there’s really no excuse for the treatment I received. Had I been thinking more clearly I would have taken names and reported the employees who argued with me. They didn’t even ask for any kind of pass code or authorization so I feel my security has been compromised. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Edit: I should also mention that calling Verizon directly from a retailer gets you to an agent faster than calling *611.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is such a joke. I am never satisfied with the service and they always have some sort of hoop to jump through to get whatever you need done. The people always have attitudes and it’s always a terrible experience. I tried to handle at Wireless Zone who are great, but they didn’t have the sim card I needed. I honestly would consider changing my service if this was the only location to deal with. So aggravated every time I leave there. Terrible, terrible experience every time.

I hate change, so when I decided that it was time to replace my 7 year old dinosaur cell phone, I found myself searching in the Verizon Wireless in Orange. The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, patient(as I am a complete idiot with any technology) and made this purchase as painless as possible. I did however keep the old phone as a second line for my husband who hates change even more than I do. Anyway, good experience, If it’s close to where you live or work stop in.
