I came here on a Friday to get my annual influenza shot (definitely recommend). It took 3 minutes to check in, waited 5 minutes to see the pharmacist and the shot took 1 minute.
The shot was quick, painless and the pharmacist is so sweet. she talks to you in order to distract the shot, extremely important for a chicken like me.
This Walgreens is small, pharmacy with drive through window. I especially like the fact that the staff KNOWS their customers’ names and greets them with a friendly hello. Definitely something large pharmacies are lacking.
The selection of this location is rather impressive — they have the essentials which is what’s important.
This location has plenty of parking, too. Definitely recommend, will return and appreciate the positive first visit today.

Why is this location even still in business?! This location is HORRIBLE!
My mom has a primary pharmacy within Walgreens that normally delivers her medications but when she has prescriptions that aren’t electronically put in and need to be walked into the pharmacy we go here instead of driving to Fountain Valley, what a bad mistake this was!
Their always understaffed and never have enough techs, I always only see 1 pharmacist, yes I know it is a smaller location but if this a busy location don’t you think you need more help here?!
My mom dropped off her prescription and they said «Oh no problem, it will be ready in 30 minutes.» We came back 45 minutes later and it was NEVER FILLED! Their whack excuse was they did not have updated insurance information, ever heard of calling someone?!! We got to wait an extra 15 – 20 minutes so it could be processed and then to make things worse the pharmacy technician realizes that they don’t have enough medication to fill the prescription but never told us and only gives us a partial amount which means we never had the chance to take the prescription else where since it is a C-​5.
Seriously?! Basic common sense isn’t taught here! I much rather have taken the rx somewhere else and not stuck making two trips to pick up the rest of the medication!
This store needs some help! –_​_​_​–

DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!
As a medical professional it’s disheartening to see the lack of attention being payed to something that deserves such detail!
4 times. 4! They have made mistakes with my 7 year old daughters meds! It’s a compounding medication and needs refrigeration and I found them pulling it right off of the shelf! I questioned them about it and was told I needed to come back in 24 hours for another replacement.
When I used the auto-​refil, twice meds were never made on time for pick up.
I have been made to wait for the meds to be made or told a compounding pharmacist wouldn’t be in until the night shift which meant my daughter missing a dose of her medication.
This is negligence. I question the practice and the quality of professionalism and standards here. Go ANYWHERE else!

Horrible Experience every time I go there, yet I keep going back because of the location. The manager always seems like she has a chip on her shoulder, is rude, and obviously hates her job.
I give it 2 stars because when she is not there, I have a relatively decent experience. I wish I knew her name to give you all a fair warning. But unfortunately I didn’t care enough to look. Def will not be going back.

Minus one star for small selection of merchandise. Otherwise, the staff are really nice and they remember their customers. The drive-​thru is really fast too!
