Friendly, consistent service and quality delicious food I’ve come to expect from the Chick-​Fil-​A brand.

I’m not sure what happened here. A friend and I stopped at this restaurant on our way through Orangeburg. The order taking was excellent, the building was very clean. The food was great. This Chick-​fil-​a would have gotten a 5 from me except for the incident that occurred. The chain was giving away free coffee during the month so my friend decided to get an iced coffee. I didn’t order a drink but decided to get an iced coffee for the road. I went back up to the counter to order it and happened to get the same server. She asked if this was for another person. I replied no, the first one was for someone else. I understand that the free offer was one per customer (there were two of us) but the way I was treated and glared at by the server after that made me feel like I committed a crime. I was so confused by this — I didn’t say anything but may have glared back. This behavior by this server continued through the pickup. IF I ever return, everyone in my group will have to order their own food. I won’t.

Stopped for a quick lunch at this location. Not sure if they were having a bad day but the service was very slow and disorganized.
Far cry from the standard that we find at other locations.

We stopped in on our way back from Florida on Friday for lunch. They were very accommodating for special allergy order for my wife. They grilled her up their un marinated chicken nuggets with a smile and very cordial. The food was fresh and good. Thanks so much

Was just traveling through on I-​26 and stopped at this Orangeburg Chic-​fil-​a. This is a really nice place. Super clean, even the bathrooms, and the staff was super friendly! They even gave me a couple of dogs treats for 3 traveling pups!

This place was crazy on July forth.
There was no where to park we circled twice before a spot opened.
There was a line twelve plus deep to get into the ladies room the whole time we were there.
The staff were all extremely friendly and all of them were helpful and seemed happy.
The food was all made fresh and tasted delicious.
Considering how busy they were, this team was doing a great job and the management must be proud of their staff.

This Chick Fil A is clean, the service is good and the food is as good as it gets (for fast food). It has a playground inside which is great for our kids to get their wiggles out on a pit stop. The bathrooms are decently clean and there is a changing table in the women’s (yay!). I love that for kids meals you can get grilled chicken (not fried), a fruit cup with a variety of fruit (not dry apples or all melon, there are actual blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, and of course cantaloupe and honey dew melon) and milk. The manager came around to see if we had everything we needed, even on a busy Friday night when the restaurant was very full. Great place to stop on a road trip.

Chic Fila is a chain that will never disappoint. The salads are always fresh and can compete in any sit down restaurant. Go there and be a square!

Apparently bad reviews got noticed. This is a very busy area just off 26 where millions of travelers stop for a break. We usual hit the other restaurants in the area but decided to stop at this very crowded chick fil a. I was nervous as to how such a crowd of people could be served by the crew. I was very shocked at how friendly and efficient they were. I was greeted by a young and tall girl who was eager to help the several hundred people crowding in the store. My order was filled in minutes and the food was perfect. On a vacationer frenzied Saturday, they delivered. Thank you!

Good fresh fast food. This restaurant falls solidly in the normal range of ChikFilas, Clean, efficient, no surprises. My only complaint is the turn radius is rather tight for their drive through, but doable in a big GMC. I am also disappointed they no longer have the spicy chicken wrap.

This chick fil a was on point. It was so quick and so fresh. I don’t have chick fil a much so I was probably stoked to just get it. Either way, the original chicken sandwich was great. I didn’t feel terrible after eating it which is huge when it comes to fast food and constant travel. The coleslaw wasn’t anything too special but it was decent for what it was. It’s worth your stop if by it.

worst chick-​fil-​a ever been to; screwed up order 3 days ago, forget to give us items, wrong sizes on others, lazy service. called and complained and they said come back to get meal replaced. got here and manager refused to replace meal, just give me items they messed up on, and then proceeded to mess up the rest of the meal and give us a hard time. not coming back here. don’t be fooled by the double drive through and the nice look. the people make it not worth it.

After two separate stops at two totally different times (1pm and 9:30pm) and about 10 days apart… I can easily and quickly say that this Chick-​Fil-​A consistently gives great service with excellent customer care. The drive thru is always courteous, friendly and fast and the entire process just works smoothly.

When you have had the family in the car for a couple hours and there is still a good ride ahead, whatever roadside eatery you see in front of you is quite possibly going to fit the bill in a pinch. In this case, a shiny new Chick-​Fil-​A did nicely.
Though they seemed to have been open for a short while, it seemed that the grand opening was still in progress, since there were balloons everywhere — either that or people just did not want any of the other fare off the exit, because they were packed.
Also, this location is one of those fast food locations moving away from calling out random food items or putting numbers on tickets, and instead puts names on the receipts. All-​in-​all not a bad experience, but they are still working out the bugs, as they were s-​l-​o-​w.
