Jaime’s services are great! She cleaned my two comforters and they came back fresh and clean. They smelled wonderful and are, once again, super soft. Highly recommend, especially since she picks up and delivers.

Using A Lighter Load helps me focus more time toward my businesses. Jaime takes care to remove set-​in stains and they come out looking great, smelling fresh and clean, and it’s a joy to put them on. She knows her laundry stuff! It’s actually been cheaper for me to use her because I drop off my laundry and can meet appointments, so the time management is effective too. Jaime is excellent. She’s personable, meticulous, thorough and not afraid to tell you what you need to know about your laundry. It’s great! I highly recommend her.

Really clean and new laundromat with A Lighter Load inside (Paradise Laundry). Jaime took great care of my laundry, offering clean, fold and wrap services (yes, they wrap up your clothes in clear plastic when they are done and folded!) and only $ 12 for a winter quilt that we use on our bed in the cold of winter – wow! Usually this costs at least $ 25 from my dry cleaner (and that’s the «good guy» deal)…but this is an amazing deal and a great job with their new «green» machines that use so much less water than older laundromats. Can’t recommend enough.
