We were in need of a carpet cleaning prior to moving into our new home.
After having no luck with a couple of other local companies, Chem Dry Fair Oaks called us back within a couple of hours of our message. Betty was very friendly and was able to give us an estimated cost as well as a window of time that worked for us considering the last minute request.
The crew contacted us at the front end of the time period and arrived within 10 minutes of their call. They arrived in a company van, company uniforms and were very professional. The guys were funny and personable and didn’t waste any time after measuring the rooms and writing up the estimate.
From the time they arrived to the final piece of equipment being put away, they were out of the house within 2 hours after cleaning 12 stairs and 3 rooms that totaled 660 square feet.
The carpet looked brand-​new! No odor and no stains left. They rocked it! Betty will be getting a call from me when it’s time to clean again. I hope we get the same crew, they were the best!
