Rockface Waterscapes

This guy does really excellent work. Jeff is honest, punctual and knows what he’s doing. I’ve used other Pond people before and I’ve had bad experiences. This guy deserves a good rating and he does wonderful work. I would recommend him to anybody interested in waterfalls weather there Pond less or with the pond and he is reasonably priced.

Rockface Waterscapes built a beautiful waterfall/​stream for us. Jeff Colton was professional, courteous, and quick. He provided a clear quote within our price range, explained everything in terms we could understand, had a good knowledge of fountain plumbing and electrical systems and what we needed at our home, and started our project quickly within our time frame. He and his workers worked quickly and cleanly, keeping the area and the access path as clean and clear as possible. His workers were courteous and worked competently. They worked through bad weather as much as possible to get our job done on time. But most importantly was the gorgeous waterfall he created. Jeff has an artistic gift to envision and create beautiful, natural-​looking water features. Our water feature looks like a part of a mountain stream from the foothills. We are extremely pleased with Rockface Waterscapes and his work.

Jeff Colton and his crew are fantastic! They took my old algae-​filled pond and turned it into a gorgeous pondless waterfall and it is a show stopper now! He explained what he was doing at each step of the way and how best to maintain my new water feature. I couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency of the crew and the cleanup after they were finished. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Background is that we wanted to convert a waterfall with pond into pondless. The outcome from Rockface was perfect and affordable. They made sure that we understood the design, what it would look like and what it would cost. Jeff was just terrific as is his crew. They are professional and polite!
So, as Rockface is doing their work, we discover a leak in the irrigation system that has been there for years, a major leak at that. Jeff troubleshot the problem and then put us in touch with right persons to make the final repair, and coordinated the work.

Jeff, the owner, installed a 22 foot pondless waterfall in our yard last summer. He was very knowlegable, enthusiastic, and patient in helping us design a waterfall that exceeded our expectations but fit our budget. We are very happy with the results. He also stands behind his work. A few days after installation we discovered a leaking pipe and Jeff was at our home 30 minutes later to repair it. 8 months after installation and the waterfall still looks and sounds great. We highly recommend his company!
