Amazing! Day. I totally messed up and cross threaded my brand new bike trying to put on new pedals emergency care was required by someone who knew what they were doing. Kurt was amazing fixed the problem and had me on my way in 5 mins. I love this place.

I recently needed repairs on my bike and took it to Bert’s. I was really impressed by their service level. They immediately greeted me at the door and brought me over to the service area. The technician was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to explain what needed to be done, what it would cost, and what my other options could be. I’ll definitely continue to do business with them.

I haven’t bought my bike yet. I I’ve in Syracuse and do a lot of business in the Buffalo area and a friend told me her story about test riding a few bikes at Berts.
Love this store. Biggest bike shop I’ve ever been in.
The sales person was the best. I think his name is Jim. I was looking for a surly lht and asked lots of questions about tires and sizes and saddles… he also answered all my questions about trainers too. I will buy my bike here. Next visit to Buffalo.

Good people and amazing bike selection. Prices are high but the quality is amazing. They will go through ur bike for free and tell you what it needs.

I’ve shopped here several times. I’ve never purchased a large ticket item such as a bike, but several bike parts, and some biking clothes. The selection was great, and the prices were competitive with other stores like Dicks sporting goods.
I did look at a few bikes there, and a sales person asked if I needed any help. I told him I was just looking today and he answered all my questions without any attitude even though I told him I wasn’t buying a bike today.
When I decide to buy this spring, I probably will buy my bike from Berts.

4 flat tires on my bicycle, sometimes within just 3 weeks of each other. Took it to Bert’s. They claimed the tire was checked… it was just the tube. How come so soon the tube if the tire was checked?
This time took it to a small local bike store in town. Eric explained he had some customers with similar situations… it was due to a known manufacture defective tube issue. It should be covered under warranty. How come the folks at Bert’s didn’t know that and do a tube replace under warranty? Friendly, knowledgeable and while not open on Sunday… the local not so fancy small shop is going to be my first choice for future bike issues.

Selection is huge, however ask for a little input and quickly be talked to by sales persons who are slick as snakes. Was told half truths about products and overall was not feeling all to good about what i had bought. I will be telling every one i know not to go here as well never returning my self.
