It’s hard to give out a four star (I’m a fan) rating when I’m not a fan of most medical things — and this place was no exception.
At first I was a bit taken back by the cold reception from the receptionist (is that PC correct?), but she eventually warmed up when she realized where we lived! However, the coldness continued with the witch of a nurse who took some information from me at first! I was about ready to «pop» her for being so rude. I mean — do they happen to think that perhaps a person coming there is a bit stressed out to begin with?
The place is huge, clean and well — filled with knowledge and at least the doctor was good — not great, but certainly good. However, he didn’t make any of the stress go away — in fact he contributed to it. Though he was able to set up an appointment with the expert within hours — so that was good and the reason for the three stars!
BTW — plenty of parking!
