I ordered a small pizza during a slow time for pickup on a Saturday afternoon and was told 20 min. I showed up 20+ minutes later and the pizza wasn’t even started. I was expected to wait another 15+ min. If I had seen a packed restaurant I would have understood. Not very good customer service.

I really love the pizza, but last night we ordered a large pizza and a salad 53.00 later I was a little shocked they charged so much. They charged 4 dollars each for the salad dressings. The salad wasn’t great either. 10 dollars for a not so great salad. Just feel this was a little over priced.

This pizza is great. the slices are thick and cheesy the only complain i have is that the pizza is a little pricey and the atmosphere here is kinda dumpy. wish you guys could remodel.

So I ordered a pizza tonight and when it was delivered the guy had no change, which is ridiculous!!! So the $ 23 and some change pizza turned into a $ 30 pizza. I seriously live 5 minutes away from this place so a $ 3 tip is more than reasonable, but because they don’t give their drivers change, I spent $ 3 more for a medium pizza! I’m really disappointed because their pizza is pretty damn good, but it’s not worth the extra $$$. Seriously… VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I have a 20 and a 10 tell my wife to get 3 bucks back cause a 2.50 tip for a 6 block drive is fine.
NOPE! Diver carries NO change, not even 10 ones… What? It’s Friday night and you deliver pizzas!!! So I think we got scammed by the delivery guy for a 20% tip on top of delivery charge, so I call in.
Talk to the «manager» and he says the same «driver carries no change» «so sorry» while snickering.
I’m done with this place. And I’m spreading the word. ORCUTT since 86.
And you don’t have Arnoldi’s recipe. And if they did… It don’t bubble anymore.

I was very disappointed in this place. I ordered pizza and was told 45 mins for pick up. I didn’t arrive for one hour because of traffic and my pizza wasn’t in oven yet. I waited for another 45 mins. After waiting all that time my pizza wasn’t even correct. We got the wrong pizza. I was so disappointed in the service I didn’t even want to call. So I’m just leaving this review. I will not go back for awhile. Which is a ashamed because I use to love this place. But they seem to be very unorganized.

We made the mistake of ordering 2 pizzas for pickup on New Years Eve. We were told 45 minutes. We arrived on time and were told it was in the oven and would take another 15 minutes. Lots of people waiting! When one couple complined that they had waited 2 hours the manager went off on her! After an hour I asked again about my order and again I was told it was in the oven. After another 15 minutes the manager/​owner? Started lookinh at all the pizza on top of the oven and calling names. Mine had been there for over and hour! Got home with my pizzas to discover one was what we ordered and the other was not! We will never order here again!

It was a great place under the Arnaldi name and nothing has changed with Patricio’s except for added services and space. A nice comfortable place with a friendly crew that produces the best pizza. For the past 20 years we have enjoyed this pizza every Thursday evening and continue enjoying delicious taste at a good value. These people provide a consistently superior pizza, food, and friendly service.

I really love the cheese you guys use, and I like that most of the toppings are under the cheese. I like the dough, especially for its uniqueness (kind of thick and filling), but the crust is a little hard, so if you try saving leftovers the crust can be stale. Not a deal breaker though if I’m looking to switch it up. Great place all around.

For some reason their website goes to a generic one for all pizza establishments with ads. A bummer when trying to order a pizza over the phone and looking for a menu. However, the pizza itself is very good! I’m not a fan of pizza (I know I know) but this pizza is very good! I’ve had 4 different kinds but my favorite is the one with chicken, garlic and white sauce. Amazingly delicious. :)

Pizzas here taste amazing.
A very laid back pizza place where you get pizzas dunked in cheese, and they are sinful. We spent an hour there relishing every bite of it. (We ordered a Veg Pizza with 4 toppings. The pizza took a while to come, but they informed us about it before.)
If I ever visit the city again, I am going there for sure :)

Service was very quick. The pizza tastes exactly like Antonio Pizza in Buellton. Any military they DON’T HAVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT unlike other pizza establishments and restaurants in the area do.

This place ROCKS.
Delicious pizza, fabulous family style salads, and excellent service! They don’t open until 11am, but I called today in a real bind at 9:30 am needing 3 large pizzas before opening… They fired up the ovens early just for me and got it done, no extra charge! Plus the man I talked to was extremely kind and understanding! The food was fabulous and loved by all!!! This place is a true gem, and worth the price hands down!!!

I LOVE LOVE this pizza. But had to lower my rating because they won’t deliver to Santa Maria anymore. Even with an extra fee. This pizza isn’t cheap but it’s good so I don’t mind paying extra for the delivery. I doubt however I’ll drive out to old orcutt to pick it up. Isn’t the point of pizza usually so you DON’T have to leave the house.
It’s is delicious though so if you’re special enough to live in orcutt you should definitely try it. Thick crust is soft and crispy and you usually only need one piece. Love the salads too. Keep up the good work.

Came in and there was a big party in the back. The 3 guys working were busy behind the counter and still greeted us as we walked in. We ordered our pizza and sat down at a table. We waited for a bit but that is understandable considering how busy they were. The pizza came and it was delicious. The crust was crunchy on the outside and chewing on the inside like a good crust should be. The cheese and topping were fresh. One of the guys even stopped in to see how we were doing. Awesome service, staff and pizza.

No way at all I never give bad reviews at all this is not good at all We order a pizza and not only was over an hour late and Burn small pizza and $ 26 dollars really no good at all no way !!!
