A Personalized Day

A personalized day is about the worst name for this business. We met with «Rev» Leonard and he assured us he was easy going and he’d perform the ceremony we wanted. He sent us some example ceremonies he had done and they were way off from what we were looking for, but we were able to take some of his and add what we wanted to make something we were happy with. We sent him this in an email and he replied «looks great.» Fast forward to the wedding day. HE WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE! We couldn’t even get a hold of him until over 30 minutes past when he was scheduled to be there. He told us he was in a car accident which we are almost positive was a lie. Then he proceeded to do SOMEONE ELSE’S WEDDING CEREMONY! We made it a point to tell him several times all we wanted to say during the ceremony was «I do» instead he had us repeating all this cheesy garbage he had written. When we called him on this he was very rude, and refused to give us even a partial refund. This guy is obviously in this business for the money and not to make these events special for people.
