Abba’s Integrity Lock & Safe

We brought our 2005 Infiniti in today to get additional keys made, we brought in one in which we purchased off the internet. They warned us that most internet purchased keys are not programmable due to the transponder chip not being of a good quality. They ended up breaking the key while cutting it and replaced it with one of theirs at no charge, they were kind and professional.

It really says a lot about a company the way they react when an issue is brought to their attention. You would expect a company especially one who uses the word «integrity» in their name would choose to conduct themselves with more respect and couth than was conducted today by this company’s employees. The way they behaved was despicable. My sister and my friend saw a van of this company pull up and park in a handicapped parking spot at Jensen Beach Petco. Perturbed by the situation, they proceeded to watch as the gentlemen smoke cigarettes and converse with some others people standing outside. My sister then took a picture of their license plate ect. They posted it on their Facebook, and the company replied with a satisfactory we’re sorry and will sort it out type of reply. everything was fine after that and they went about their day. This next part is the part that prompted me to write a review, as what happened was incredibly childish and unprofessional. A few minutes after getting the reply my friend got a phone call from his work asking if he knew a Gil, and that he had just called there looking for my friend speaking aggressively demanding his his personal contact information and iud he is working, and began threatening with suits if they didn’t take down the post. Almost directly after my friend got a friend request on facebook from (who he found out) to be one of the employees from said van as he reveals himself in a review my sister wrote on their page apologizing claiming they took too long. Now being extremely frustrated and frazzled my friend commented to ask what to do now, to which he was met with an aggressive comment back claiming that it’s completely legal for them to park there if they are writing a receipt. (which to clear things up IS NOT legal according to WA state website didn’t check OR) Regardless of the parking violation thing, (which having a handicapped mother is extremely disrespectful and morally crappy in my opinion) it’s a small issue and is honestly not the big problem. The way this situation was handled was absolutely inappropriate, and that is the reason for a review. I feel that specifically Gil, as well as the company owes him an apology, and in the future should NOT conduct themselves in such a way. Hunting somebody down and threatening them at their place of employment over being reprimanded is the issue. That is wildly inappropriate. I’m sure this company is fine at their job, I do not want to deface that. What happened had us shaken up. You never realize how easy it is for disgruntled people to find you on the internet. I hope that everyone involved learns from the situation. I know we have. Next time they will just simply call the police to be safe.

These guys did a great job getting me my house keys and gave me info on my jeep key too! Great prices friendly and fast!
