AMAZING COMPANY — AMAZING KNIFES & BLADES! I was honestly treated like royalty by every single person at Benchmade… unbelievable costumer service. I got an amazing knife, that’s a true work of art, plus they customized it exactly the way I wanted (and they didn’t even have the stock artwork I wanted so they had their graphic design guy create it for me), you gotta see the pics. of my amazing knife. Benchmade is a local company located in Oregon City, Oregon. And I must mention Crystal in their store, she was great… I LOVE MY KNIFE & I LOVE BENCHMADE!

Benchmade is hands down the best knives you can get!!! In my opinion at least ;) Benchmade customer service is outstanding as well as there warranty. lifetime sharpening for the win! I stopped by there store and which is amazing to buy a new pocket clip to put on my volli and they said, don’t worry about it and gave me 3 awesome pocket clips for free! Small things like this will make people life time buyers. Last but not least is the fact that these knives are made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! No Chinese steel for me baby.
P. S. If you are looking for a perfect EDC knife I suggest the 707 sequel. This is the best feeling axis I have seen ever! Been playing with this perfect little knife all day!

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. Came in with a Benchmade knife I bought online and had broken the tip on. There were also some nicks in the blade and the clip was bent. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me as I walked in, and as soon as he took one look at the knife he said they would be able to fix it while I waited, for free!
I went in fully expecting to have to fight to get the blade warrantied, but I walked out five minutes later with a sharp blade, fresh tip, and a brand new clip, all for no charge.
Benchmade has a new lifelong customer, I don’t ever intend to buy a pocketknife anywhere else.

I’d heard great things about their knives, so I decided to visit on a recent trip to Oregon. They have a very nice display room and offered lots of suggestions and allowed me to get hands on with a variety of knives. It was a great shopping experience, and I got a great deal. It was such a great experience, in fact, that I ended up coming back a few days later and bought a second knife.

Awesome company that backs their high-​end products. They offer free sharpening for life on their knives, and if your local you can stop by their store and they do it really quick while you wait. Love it.

This business is just amazing. I love their knives. I love their goals. The quality of their product is sublime. Lasts you a long time, easy to sharpen, and durable. I would rate this company as equal to Kershaw and Gerber. My thumbs up all the way!

Love their knives. I haven’t had a chance to go to their store yet, but they make a truly superior product here in the USA. Plus, if you’re connected with public safety or the military you get a fat discount from them. I think that’s just plain cool.
I just got my wife a custom mini-​griptilian from their website and it arrived, as ordered (purple scales, ya know), within two weeks. She absolutely loved it. You gotta love a woman that is happy about receiving a Benchmade knife for her birthday (I know I sure do!).

Clean store with a good representation of the products they manufacture. Crystal provided excellent service. We spent an hour and a half handling product and learning about their fine US made knife line. Plus, I was offered a 30% discount store wide when she learned I am a veteran. Stellar!

If you want a high quality knife of any shape or size and you care that it’s made in America, this is the place. The folding and locking mechanisms are completely flawless with no play or looseness at all. You can order one online and have it laser engraved to say anything you want on it. 4 of 5 stars because the engraving process takes longer than they say every single time. (I’ve done 4 now) Waiting on one now for my brothers birthday and it’s going to be late. I keep buying them because when you take it out of the box it will an heirloom level special gift that is razor sharp and will last forever.

I just picked up a Benchmade Model 42 BALI-​SONG Butterfly Knife. It is a high quality production Bali. made with a 440c Stainless Blade with Titanium Handles and an integral lock. It flips like a dream. Benchmade makes a superior Butterfly knife. If your not to good at flipping a Bali you could start with a Benchmade 40 TR which is a Bali with an unsharpened blade.

My beloved Benchmade TiPika II disappeared. It was on the dresser one day and then it was gone. I tore the house apart looking for it but it was nowhere to be found. After making accusations against every family member, I eventually became convinced that some dirty hobo had broken in and stolen it. That’s right, the crook made a beeline straight for my favorite knife and crammed it into his filthy pocket, shunning the HDTV and laptops.
When I got home from work today, I was delighted to find the knife sitting on the dresser, right next to my other favorite folder. Girlfriend said she found it in the bag where she stashes all of the unsorted mail. It must have dropped in there somehow.
The TiPika is a great folding knife because it is super lightweight with Titanium handles. It doesn’t drag your pocket down and you almost forget it’s there. The blade is stainless steel and the knife opens with an ambidextrous thumb-​hole. It also has a reversible clip, which is important for a lefty like me.
