I have been a customer for many years. I have never been treated as poorly as I was today. The two employees there were very unfriendly and rude. I wanted to buy a ton of hay. They did their best to ignore me. Then one of them taunted me about putting a ton of hay in my car, like I was an idiot. I told him that I was hoping they would deliver it, like they always do. Then he did his best to to discourage me from ordering it. He told me that the manager knows the delivery schedule; he doesn’t, and can’t help me. So I spoke to the manager, who was busy operating equipment. He was nice, and said he would try to squeeze me in. Apparently that ticked off the employee, who berated me for talking to him. I stood there for quite some time while the two of them ignored me again. I finally said, “if it’s not too much trouble, I would also like to buy 3 bags of treats. I believe they will fit in my car.” Then he said, “well nobody said anything!” Wow. I will NEVER go back there without my husband. I got zero respect. Not once did any of the employees greet me or ask if they could help me. I was extremely disappointed.
