This was the biggest mistake of 2010. Very poor cleaning after I gave a detailed tour of what I wanted done. After they left I was so disappointed. Parts of my hardwood floors had to be immediatly touched up as water or cleaning product spots were all over. Very dissatisfied.

One star feels generous, but here I go. I had made the appointment two weeks before and looked at my email the night before to make sure it was confirmed. I was moving and needed the house cleaned the morning of the 31st because the new tenants were scheduled to move in on the afternoon of the 31st. I arrived 15 minutes early at the house and waited in vain for the cleaners to arrive. I called them 3 times before someone finally answered, a half an hour after my appointment was supposed to start. After being put on hold, the woman explained that she saw my email but that they had forgotten to schedule me. I asked that she send someone over right away but she said she couldn’t. I asked what they could do for me to make it up to me and she told me over and over that they could send someone over — but it was after the time that the new tenants were scheduled to move in. I asked if they could do anything to make it up to me, extra cleaning, etc. and I was told that in fact they would do nothing for me. Sorry. Luckily the groupon that I had purchased was refunded and I will never ever use this service. I understand that people make mistakes but the general attitude and lack of helpfulness was overwhelming.

As the owner of the company, if you are going to post a comment to my previous review to educate the public about what happened, you should at least get your facts straight. The appointment was supposed to start at 9, the cleaners showed up sometime around 8. I left the house about 7:45 and showed back up at 8:45 and they told me they were about to leave because I was late, so had I not shown up when I did, which was 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, they would have left and missed the scheduled appointment time. I can send you the email confirming the appt time if you need to see it since you obviously don’t believe what I say. About the dog, my dog never once entered the house while the cleaners were working because he spent the day in the backyard where I was working. My brother showed up with his dog and saw the front door open so he came in and the dog was in the house all of about 10 seconds and no, his paws were not muddy since he had just gotten out of a car and set onto pavement because my brother did not want to let the dog in the house with dirty paws. When we did talk to you on the phone you were rude and offered no good solution and told us we should have verified your cleaning and not let the cleaners go so it was our fault. I am not sure how you can guarantee that your cleaners did not get the curtains dirty since you have never once stepped foot inside the house. The curtains were not dirty before your staff arrived and they had streaks on them after they left, not sure how else to explain it.
