Nicest and most friendly service at any coffee shop EVER! I wish I lived in the area, this would be my go to place for sure!

Hate that people cone to the window. No I will not order with my window down and have you put your arms and head treated in my door while you take my order. Especially when it’s raining and it falls on my children in the back. It didn’t feel helpful, it feels extremely unnecessary considering every time I order that way it’s made wrong when I get too the window. There’s one guy who has long brown wavy hair and he is awesome! Very respectful and considerate. Only person who hasn’t taken my change without asking and put it in the tip jar!

Been here a couple time driving, walked up this time the line is long but the service is good and the people are really nice! I enjoy coming here when I’m on this side of town I only get ice tea cuz there coffee is super sweet but best ice tea in town!

My favorite place to get coffee! They’re always super fast and know mine and my kids order right when we pull up! They are always super friendly and the price isn’t bad at all!

I have never been to a Dutch Bros that I didn’t enjoy. They seems to specialize in «happy» people, and good customer service. This location though, has drive thru coffee down to a science. They are always properly staffed, and I never have to wait for more than a couple minutes, even when the line seems horrendous. It’s such a pleasure to stop here on my way to work, and start my day with a good vibes, and good coffee.

This my favorite coffee place near where I live. They get your order out promptly, and the staff is super friendly. I don’t understand how they’re always so genuinely happy all the time, but I’ll take it.

Decent for a drive through coffee shop. Love the story behind this company and their ethics. Like the idea that they only allow franchises to someone who has been an employee.
Lots of very enthusiastic and friendly employees here at this location.
It would be nice if they had a few grab and go food items but that’s not their thing.

Out of Dutch bros, black rock, and Starbucks this is is the best chain in Oregon City. My drink is always made perfectly and the staff is always friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Love love love this place. I quit going to SB all together. The coffee is so delicious and the staff is so friendly and funny and they make you feel special as they remember what drinks you like. Oh and the line is ALWAYS so long (good sign that people like the place) but the employees are seriously insanely fast! So don’t be deterred by a long line, they will have you at the window in no time at all.

I love this Dutch bros. The staff is always very friendly and they try to be fast even though this location always seems super busy! Way faster (and better drinks) than the Starbucks around the corner :))

Love Dutch bros! Ever since tried their coffee 6yrs ago I don’t goto any other coffee place unless I have to. They have a wide selection of sugar free drinks (great for diabetics!) have cute little kid sized drinks in adorable cups, they have tea smoothing coffee & energy drinks, and (if requested) they have stickers. They also have dog treats for dogs && lollipops for kids! And if you fall in love with it you can buy apparel at
:) at both oregon city locations I’ve had nothing but great service! Occasionally the music will be a bit too loud that they can’t hear my order (music too loud, yes a 20yr old just said that haha) but they never seem to get it wrong, they always have a smile, looks like a great fun place to work && if you’re near one then it’s the best coffee you’ll find! :)

Dutch Bros. gets my vote over any coffee place in Portland, to be sure. The Oregon City location is great, but super, super busy with high school and community college kids, from what I can tell. Sometimes the line is wrapped around the parking lot and I opt to park and walk up to the window. Much on those busy days!
The servers are some super quick and friendly kids, most of which remember your drink order and your name. I just made myself sound super old, I realize that, but seriously, they are kids! To further my point that I am getting seriously old… the music they play is usually terrible and is damn loud! I can barely hear them talking to me and usually just nod and smile and pretend that I can totally hear what they are saying. Oy Vey.
I get an iced white mocha or an iced white annihilator errrrytime, and each time it tastes like exactly the same delicious, goodness it should taste like. That is why I like DB.

Don’t expect to be served in order with vehicles if you walk up!
I stood there and watched two vehicles drive up, place orders and had them filled before she even started on my simple, plain coffee order. Aggravated doesn’t begin to describe my sentiment.
Basically, that’s the most lame customer service you can offer — inequity.

Great coffee, better than starbucks and many of the corporate chains. A bit too sweet sometimes depending on what you order. Im a repeat customer. Ease of drive thru or walk up window is also great.
