what a joke. NO customer service. NO making you feel welcome. No Help or assistance, you kinda have to BEG. The employee’s have NO knowledge of items they carry unless it has to do with hash. They have to call someone else to get a price for items in the store. lots of shitty pipes NOT from Oregon.
An employee/​tard asked me how I was. I said fine. He then proceeded to be so rude and said «You don’t look fine» WTF!!! THE RUDEST THING ANYONE AT A STORE HAS EVER SAID TO ME. F this place, i’d rather drive 20 more min than spend any $$ here

New location, new laws, new staff, new problems.
I used to go here fairly often. The staff were friendly, welcoming, busy but did their best. The staff were knowledgeable vaping enthusiasts who knew their mods, tanks, drippers and builds. They were a little spendy but I was willing to go for the vape atmosphere the friendly staff and to support local business.
OK, so that was up until two months ago. The last couple of times I’ve been in, I was a little disappointed not to see some of the staff I’d become familiar with. While the new ones were kind enough, they seemed to lack the knowledge and enthusiasm. Two nights ago, I went in and the first thing I noticed was the «No smoking, no Vaping» sign. I thought to myself «oh snap, new laws.»
The clerk (I call him clerk because that is the most accurate description I can come up with), knew jack squat. I asked a couple of questions about Ni builds and tanks and he looked at me like I just spoke a foreign language. Not being able to vape, I was sort of in a quandary about getting something new. Of course, you can smell the liquid but this «clerk» said «here, taste it and put a drop on my finger. OK, so no vaping is going to impact the experience at a vape shop, I get that, not their fault. But damn, if this is the new world order, I’m back to buying less expensive liquids on line and trying them out. As for the merchandise, well, without being able to vape, with vapers and a knowledgeable staff… F*** it, I’m done.
I’m sure they are turning a fine business selling their glass ware to the recreational marijuana crowd but I suspect the Vaping business will die a slow painful death.

I went there today to get a new pipe for my birthday it didn’t look very neat on the outside but the inside was better.
The guy working there didn’t even greet us witch is fine because he was helping someone, whatever…
any way we looked around for maybe 5 – 10 mins waiting to be helped when another customer walks in
Well sure as shit he gets a big welcome and gets helped as soon as he’s done with the first guy.
I will not be going back there
I did not feel welcome and they are over priced and rude.
