We used Party Factory for our Oregon City Wedding this summer. Cyrus was really patient with us and our unfamiliarity with party planning. He was able to give us ideas about scope and locations. He also helped connect us to other vendors and catering services. He came out to visit the site and meet with us a few times before the event.

I rented tables and chairs for recent dinner get together. They were easy to order what I needed, delivered and picked up the items, which was a big help. I thought the rates seemed very reasonable considering all that was involved.

Excellent service. On time delivery. Prompt replies to my emails. Friendly. The white chairs we rented were quite dirty. We had to clean all 30 of them before the wedding. Not cool.

Cyrus handled all the rentals for our Oregon City wedding, including numerous changes made prior to the event. I was very happy with everything: the high level of customer service, choices available, even the china design provided. I felt he went above the call of duty and was especially helpful with an extra early Saturday morning delivery and Sunday morning pick up. Nice job!

Cyrus has worked on numerous events with me from Weddings — Fund Raisers — Corporate Events to the Gold Rush finale event. He has always done a very professional job. As a DJ he keeps the guests engaged and everyone has lots of fun. He is very good and I always recommend him on any type of event that comes up.

Cyrus planned my wedding, provided rentals, and DJ’d. He was very professional and punctual. These were all things that I needed when I was acting like a «bridezilla». The timing of each segment was great and kept the movement of the party going. I was overall very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him.
