Our scheduled service appt. went about as bad as any appointment could possibly go. We had an appt. for the middle of the day and we waited at home for a good 2 – 3 hours and this guy never showed up. After a while, we called him to check and see when he might be here and just got voicemail. We left a message and left our phone number — no call back. After another 45 minutes called and left another message — no call back. Here 5 days later we still have never heard back from this guy. That’s horrible customer service. After having been stood up and a total lack of communication, I have no choice but to rate this provider with an 1-star grade.
