These folks are very accommodating. Today I stopped in to have them look at my sewing machine. I am not strong enough to carry it in, so the sweet young lady came out to my car & carried it in for me. Then she checked it out & saved me a lot of $$$$ by showing me what I was doing wrong. I did not need it serviced after all. I bought the right size needles & then she carried it back out to my car! I will definitely do business with them again. I was treated with professionalism, & kindness. I recommend this well stocked store.

I went in recently because my sewing machine wasn’t working. After about 2 minutes, the employee figured out what I was doing wrong(my machine was fine, yay!). I asked if I could leave my machine there for a bit while I went to Michael’s and they said yes. I came back for my machine and was on my way.

I just purchased the big mama of all sewing machines here, and the service was impeccable. The guy had that machine sold to me in 5 minutes. I’m a sucker for shiny new things! Anyway, after struggling with several machines over the past few years, and having a small business making doggie and human clothes, I finally broke down(after my machine did for the second time in two months) and bought the big one… lots o’money, but this baby is SWEEETT!!! I got the Brother Innovis 4000D machine for about half of the MSRP, and they threw in the upgrade that makes the machine comparable with the new machine, the 4500 duetta. I have had issues with Montavilla in the past, as everything I take in there to be fixed, has had to go back at least once. I was actually on my way to this particular Savestores in Oregon City, because I needed a certain presser foot for my back-up Brother machine, and they were the only one’s carrying it. I walked out of there with a new machine!
