1. Stop chewing gum and blowing bubbles when serving customers, and guy in the back take that match stick out of your mouth while topping pizza’s. It’s gross and this is not a grease lighting movie. 2. Don’t say«sign here» and walk away when serving a customer, then come back 5 minutes later and say«where’s my copy» referring to the receipt. 3. Don’t swear on front of customers 4. Make sure the pizza is not stuck to the top of the box when handing it out.(I checked in the car but just didn’t want to go back in. I couldn’t wait to leave. 5. When the boxes are falling over, please stop assembling boxes and stacking them on the counter and laughing loudly like a crazy person or child playing Jenga. 6. Sweep the lobby area. It’s filthy. 7. Learn basic manners. Say please and thank you. 8. Have an adult on duty. Not 3 arguing children. 9. Understand that Papa Murphy’s is opening up the street. You should be upping your game, not making people feel sick. Mediocre pizza(even for pizza hut) served by a complaining little teenager who hasn’t stopped yelling at her colleagues and chewing gum since I entered. 2 People complained that they had been waiting too long for their pizza while there. All the employees seemed to be transfixed on making pizza boxes until the giant stack toppled over. Not sure how my pizza ever even got made.

I had sent complaints to the coupon issuer, Pizza Hut, WIBBB and the WI Dept of Commerce. I was forwarded Pizza Huts response to the BBB. The CEO of Pizza Hut of Southern WI stats that there is a add on fee that I ignored. The fact of the matter was I called the store after placing an on line order to add the ‘free bread sticks’ and was not informed there was an up charge. I was charged without my permission an extra dollar. I GUESSTHAT A COUPONTHATSTATES«FREEBREADSTICKS — NOPURCHASENECESSARY» COSTS $ 1.00. There is a disconnect here I don’t understand.
