I had multiple policies with this agency. They dropped my home owners coverage bc they said I didn’t perform repairs they required, although I sent them proof of said repairs. I didn’t find out my coverage was dropped until 6 months later, at that time they charged me for the 6 months of lapsed coverage. The office was very rude, especially Kerri, even though the whole issue was their fault. I spoke with the incompetent owner, frank, and he also was rude and unresponsive to the issues with my account. I dropped their insurance, went to Erie and saved about 20%. Don’t give these people your hard earned money, if I had a fire after they dropped my coverage without telling me I would have been screwed.

Stay away from this branch and Allstate in general. They overcharged me for coverage I didn’t agree with, then dropped my policy and sent me to collections before they even gave me a chance to dispute the bill. I switched to another company and paid much less with actual customer service
