Garthwaite Jim

I have used Jim a few times. He gets it right the first time, he is reasonabley priced, and he comes when he says he will. He even advised me against a more costly repair. My washer is on the fritz today, guess who I’m calling.

Jim was perfect. We really appreciate his work. It has been hard to find an appliance repair person who is punctual, leaves things fixed, and gives reasons for the issues we have that we can trust fully.
Recently he gave us a time of arrival — 3:00 — and he was at our house at 3:00. Being on time is so helpful and rare for people doing this kind of work. He was fast and his work fixed the problems we were having with a Bosch gas stove and a Whirlpool dishwasher. He also provided extra information on our dishwasher — types of detergents to use as well as encouragement that despite our problems with it, it was a solid high performing unit when compared to the competition. Good to know. He was also very pleasant. He, my wife and I had a very nice conversation afterwards about common interests.
He’s a gentleman.

Jim is the best! Have had him fix washer and dryer. Once they kept giving him the wrong part. He came back at least three times and made sure it was working right.

I have used Jim to repair a dishwasher, a stove, a washer and a dryer over the years. He is prompt, clean and fair-​priced. I would not hesitate to use him again.
