You can almost taste their contempt for Caucasians, and since I speak Spanish I happen to understand the rude things they say about their customers

Every time we go here, they mess up our order… Every time! But what’s worse than that is how much contempt they seem to have for white people. They speak english when it’s convenient for them and when it’s not, they only speak spanish. I bought a super nacho today and when I got home the portion size was tiny! We have gotten the super nacho there many times (there’s always something wrong with them). I’m not sure why they seem to not care if they get the order right, but they are always so rude and disinterested in providing any kind of good service to us (white people). We will never be going to this location of Betos again. If you’re white, do dot expect to get good service at this location.

Who doesn’t love Beto’s? The food is decent, price is decent, and I dont really have anything to complain, except that this location is not as nice as other locations, so I usually just get my food on the drive thru.

Love this place !!! Never had a bad dish ever. We lived in Utah for 2 years and are back in San Diego now but if you’ve had So Cal Mexican food then you will absolutely love their food. Portions are Generous and the flavor is authentic to Southern California. This is not Tex Mex !!! This is West Coast :)

Mexican American better fastfood. The carne asada tacos are pretty decent. The steak marinade reminds me of the ranchero steak flavor they sell at the local Rancho Market. Price is decent and the food comes out quick. They always have soecuals like 12 rolled tacos for $ 7.50. If youre tired of Taco Bell and Deltaco, this place could be your other option.

After reading the reviews, I couldn’t wait to meet the «burrito Nazi» manning the drive-​thru. I was totally disappointed. The lady we encountered was friendly, useful and cool. She thanked us for our order, gave us extra hot sauce without complaint or eye-​roll, and was nothing but courteous.
We ordered 3 burritos, 1 carne asada and 2 different breakfast burritos (they have 6 or 7 different varieties). When she handed me the bag, it must have weighed close to 10 lbs! These things were HUGE! They were also delicious. High quality ingredients, cooked to perfection, is what we received.
Yay! I’m a fan.

I have only been here once. Worst experience ever and once should be enough if you have a lady like the one who served me be rude as she was. It was very disappointing. I have been to the Betos in Springville and the drive from Orem to Springville is definitely worth it. You can taste the difference.

Maybe it is a change that was made because of reviews or maybe people are just not as understanding as they would like to think they are, but the lady at the drive-​through is very Nice and she seems to have been there for a few years. Beto’s has some of the best drive-​through Mexican derived food that I’ve had since southern cal/​Tijuana. One thing they have that is a little weird for some people: tongue tacos! It is like roast beef squared! They have been in many other tasty «normal» Mexican foods.

Amazing dirty mexican food, just the way I love it. I am visiting from from ohio, and betos is on my list of places to eat. I love the smothered green burros.

This place has amazing carne asada burritos! I also really line the breakfast combo burrito that comes with all the meat inside! Plus the Carmel filled churros are incredible.

This place sucks ass! Clearly we all speak Spanish here, and the cashier at the drive through likes to pretend she doesn’t understand it, she’s also very rude… Annoying every single time. It also took 5 times for her to get the right order… Horrible customer service!

Hands down the meanest drive through lady of all time. And she’s there every flippin’ time I go. I guess I’d be that pissy too if I didn’t get a day off. Food is decent… But by all means don’t ask for the drink that comes with your meal or you’re gonna get freaked out on. Maybe even yelled at… Possibly the window shut in your face. Just take your food… Don’t ask for red or green sauce cuz it’s in the bag… And if it isn’t just take your food and roll on:)

This Betos is hit or miss. I’ve gotten great food and gristly meat… but it’s cheap and when I’m in a hurry and desperate, I’m willing to take my chances.

I will only go to this particular location. It’s much cleaner than Beto’s/Rancheritos in Provo, and the one on Orem Center St. I always get the Monterrey Burrito — ham, beef, and bacon with mozzarella cheese.

Horrible customer service! I don’t usually write reviews but these people made me so angry and frustrated how bad they are! They get two stars just because their food is decent.

I used to love there breakfast burritos until I got one with all the left over burnt pieces from the grill inside my burrito! (How I know this is because I cook on a grill myself and it was literally all the stuff I scrape off the grill and throw away!) Before I had gristle in my steak burrito, but this was by far the deal breaker! Honestly I’ve had good ones but this was so disgusting (especially because I know what you scrape off a grill) besides all of this there customer service is horrible!

I eat here all the time. I’m a little embarrassed to say that, but I’m single and kids are married and gone. The señorita that takes your order is a little ornery, but the food is above average for fast food made on the spot. California burrito, machacha, crisp beef tacos, fajita fix… That’s what I’d go with.

By far the worse customer service ever! My adobada burrito was so salty it was hardly edible.
I usually like The food from any of their other locations but at this location the adobada burrito is nasty. The few times I’ve been there (usually getting other items from the menu), I get the same rude lady at the drive-​through. It’s so annoying to stop by because you can’t find anything else open and to deal with this lady’s attitude. She needs a good shake or something that can make her smile lol.

These are the biggest burritos I have ever seen/​eaten in my life. I also tried the Chimichanga plate. It must’ve weighed 3 lbs. The beans were actually really good, I hate beans.
Most the items are about $ 5.50
I’m pretty sure it should be against the law to eat the whole burrito in 1 sitting.
The best thing is to come here for breakfast. You’ll find you still have left overs for lunch, and then the left overs of that for dinner. Seriously, you get 3 meals for $ 6.
This place is across the street from Ridley’s in Orem.
I find it weird, but they also have a drive-​thru.

Beto’s. Most people know what they’re getting when they go to Beto’s. Giant burritos for under $ 5, combo plates with beans and rice, and a menu similar to any other «authentic» Mexican fast food joint (Alberto’s, GualBerto’s, Rancheritos, etc)
Sometimes, you just need a giant burrito. And that’s what I like to get from Beto’s. This location is on State Street in Orem, and looks like it was opened recently. The drive-​through window is a little awkward, but it gets the job done. I got the Texano burrito (chicken, potato, sour cream, and sauce), and that’s what the burrito was like…4 ingredients stuffed into a fresh tortilla in globs. After a little manual mixing, it was just right.
