Trust me, just stay away from here. After many warnings against this place and despite my better judgement I decided to get my piercings and tattoos done here. I first had my tattoos done and they were not filled in very well. I attempted multiple times to have them touched up and kept getting denied after I was promised free touch-ups with the purchase of my ‘hustle butter’. My tattoos don’t look good and I ended up going to another place to get them re-done. Now for the piercings! I got my septum done here and it was awful. He got the needle halfway through my nose before deciding it was too dull and going in again with a different needle. It bled everywhere and ended up being crooked. He charged me an outrageous price for the whole thing and it ended up getting very infected despite my efforts to properly clean and sanitize the area. I had to get this piercing re-done elsewhere as well. I also had my navel pierced at one of their other locations and it was the same story. It was done so poorly and became so infected that I had to let it grow in and get it re-done somewhere else. Don’t go here. It’s worth it to make the trip to Salt Lake for some better quality tattoo and piercing shops.

My wife got her septum pierced here, and the second after it was done we knew it was crooked, but the lady said that was probably because of «swelling». It was extremely low in the nose and because of that it had a tendency toward infection. It kept getting infected and my wife was so unhappy with the placement that she removed it. We went back to get it re-pierced as it had been pierced crooked and far too low in the nose, and they told us they would only knock ten dollars off as it wasn’t their fault. Overall we had a terrible time at this place and will tell others not to go there for any piercings or tattoos.

I had my first piercings(two hafadas) and tattoo done here. I was satisfied with both. The tattoo could have taken a little more of a delicate hand, but overall it’s pretty good. The piercings were decent and I’ve continued to be happy with those. On the other hand, my partner’s experience was less desirable. It seemed like the piercer wasn’t so familiar with the piercing(a PA; really, same with mine, but it didn’t cause any problems) and it ended up lasting… uh…like a minute to get it done, rather than a few seconds. We shared a piercer, and then a tattoo artist(two people). The pricing was competitive for both pieces I got done. The jewelry collection was really lacking so when I got my piercings I had to settle, as did my partner. More than anything, I didn’t feel comfortable with the atmosphere. This is totally subjective, but I rely on the vibes I get from things to decide how I’ll proceed. The vibe I got here, more the second visit when I got my ink, was a little aggressively heterosexual macho male. I didn’t feel overly safe as a queer person. What to do to adjust… that’s hard to say. I think it’s more attitudes than actions. It’s hard to pin down, but this is just me I wouldn’t go back. But I know other people have been satisfied with the work here(like the friend that recommended I go here)
