Consistent, decent thai. Not the best nor worst in the area. But better than the next closest 2 thai places in Orem, as advertised they are the original thai chili garden owners from 3rd south provo which used to be king 15 years ago. Like my experience at every thai place in the valley, service can be hit or miss, but they seem to be generally better than most, although i have had a couple bad experiences.

I’m at the restaurant now. This restaurant doesn’t deserve a high rate nor a recommendation. I ordered a dish of Pad See Ew with tofu. The dish was served about 15 minutes after placing the order, which is ok as I was not in a hurry. When the dish was served, I was all excited about it. However, after the first two bites, I noticed there were something wrong with the dish. Firstly, the veggies were nearly uncooked. Secondly, there was no egg. It says on the menu that pad see ew has egg as one of the ingredients. The manager Sam said that not all restaurant prepare the same dish equally. That I agreed. However, if the chef doesn’t have a set standard, you shouldn’t expect your customer pay for you can’t deliver. Third, the service wasn’t subpar. I had my hands up waving for 5 minutes before one of the 4⁄5 waiters spotted me. I’d better off with a combo at McD for half the money.

No flavor in the drunken noodles or the pad se ew and the meat was super dry. I’ll give them an extra star for a friendly host and prompt service.

so i was craving for a thai food but this restaurant didnt meet my expectations. there’s nobody in the front door, we even need to knock in their kitchen so somebody can seat us. we ordered cream cheese wanton for appetizer and it was too salty. i had the massuman curry which is okay, and i asked them if they can put tofu, the waiter said they will charge it for $ 2.(which i think it is too much for 6 small slices of tofu) they put like 4 slices of chicken. lol my husband ordered a pad thai which is sooooo dry that he needs to put water in it(using his glass of water) haha! our drinks were not refilled. im never going back again.

Check my history, I have only given one other place a one star review. This place deserves more so than the other one did too! I eat Thai food multiple times per week because I travel quite a bit for work so this week in Provo was no different. I ordered Pad Si Ew(my go to dish) and it comes and it doesn’t look like any other of the last 200 orders that I had eaten so instantly I was like«uh-oh» but I was starving so I didn’t hesitate and took a bite, put my fork down and instantly raised my hand to have it sent back. I was still hungry obviously so I wanted to replace my order with some fried rice because its extremely hard to mess that up right?(We will come back to that in a second). So after 5 minutes the cook comes out, a lady(I am assuming the owner) and she tells me that all Pad Si Ew is not going to look or taste the same and that they use these different noodles in Orem and Salt Lake City so that is why I probably don’t like it.(Not true, one of my favorite Thai places is in SLC). She goes on to tell me that she will make the fried rice as a replacement but if it doesn’t taste like other fried rice I’ve eaten that I can not send it back and I had to pay for it. Again, I am not a complainer so I say ok and I appreciated her understanding. 5 – 7 minutes later out comes the fried rice and it was even worse than the Pad Si Ew!!! I took one bite, paid $ 27 for one of the worst dinner experiences of my life and walked out. Please, take my review for what it is, but I don’t recommend this place at all.

I’ve been here for the lunch specials and I had the Spicy Pad Ped which was really good. Very comparable to many of the good Thai food places in the North Orem area. The service was friendly and prompt. Everything on the lunch special is good and its a great value for lunch. The food is fresh and tasty.

DEFINITELYTHEBEST Thai food in the valley. I’ve tried just about every Thai restaurant in the Provo /Orem area. I went to Thailand over the summer, and came back trying to find good Thai food in the valley. Everything I have tried at this restaurant tastes AMAZING. Pumpkin Curry and Masuman curry are personal favorites. The Rice with Oyster sauce is also really good. This place is just what you would expect from a family run Thai restaurant. Service is acceptable, price is about average, but the food is definitely the best. Thai village is probably second best in the valley.

Having discovered Thai during decades in Seattle, it’s hard to get excited about Thai food in Utah Valley, but Jasmine Thai Lao does a decent job. The curry is good, the pad Thai is decent, good and spicy ADDEDON. Probably a 3.5 overall, but given that it’s in Utah Valley, it gets a 4.

Simply put: THEBESTTHAI in the state. My favorite food is Thai food, and my wife and I have been all over Salt Lake and Utah County at all of the highest rated Thai food places, and we keep coming back to Jasmine Thai. When we bring our friends, they usually rant and rave about how good this place is too. My go-to is the drunken noodles(pad kee mao). But everything is good. We also usually order their red or yellow curry, but their green, pineapple and massaman curry is delicious too. Chicken Satay is great for an appetiser and so are the pot stickers, their spring rolls are good if you are more of a veggie lover.

Overall good! This place is definitely worth a shot if you’re a Thai lover. The service is a bit unique in the sense that you’re not sure as to who is your designated server, but every person was attentive to our needs and helpful.

I’ve had much better Thai food here in Utah. This was ok, but rather bland and not spicy at all. I ordered phở, and it came with half a purple onion sliced on top. Way too much onion! I was constantly picking it out. My partner ordered a veggie dish, and it was horribly bland. Just a plate of barely cooked vegetables. The service was outstanding, however. Really loved our server.

The food was fantastic. The environment is really nice, our server was friendly and very helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. We had the spring rolls and pumpkin curry. The pumpkin curry was some of the best curry I’ve had. I recommend the chicken to go with it, the flavor was incredible. We’ll be back.

The atmosphere was nice, quiet. The wait staff was sweet and courteous, but the service is slow for a Friday night. The long wait was well worth it though. I had the phở noodle soup, talk about heaven in a bowl. The beef broth was deliciously spicy. My mouth is still tingling. It was filled with tons of noodles, meatballs, and sliced beef. The green and purple onions played wonderfully with the cilantro and bean sprouts added a great crunch. My husband had the drunken noodles he says they were good. We’ll definitely go back, he want to try the pad thai noodles to truly decided.

The food is always really good, and it’s never crowded. Depending on the day, they’re sometimes slow. But, overall a pretty chill place to go

This is the best Thai food in the area. I always order the Tom yum gai soup and never am dissatisfied. They have great pad Thai. Thierry curry dishes are spicy the way they should be. This is a family run restaurant and the service is great. They also do take out if you are in a hurry.

Jasmine is one of my favorite Thai places in Utah County. It’s a very cheap price and easy to share between two people. Not a huge fan of their Pad Thai, but every curry I have tried there has been amazing.

I have to Parrot Craig C. Seriously good Thai food. I too got Drunken Noodles w/tofu and The pineapple curry for take out and almost couldn’t stop eating both dishes. Per usual the portions are more than adequate for Thai cuisine and not a huge difference in the recipes from the norm, but certainly better. FYI neither dish was spicy to my standards. maybe a 2 of 10. I should have asked. I love Thai leftovers, I’ll absolutely look forward to these tomorrow.
