Awesome place. Great food and great atmosphere. They also have great customer service.

After a long time between visits I decided to get yesterday’s lunch at Kneaders, hoping to have a great sandwich. I went to the Provo location, going through the drive-thru as I had just come out of dialysis and was taking lunch home for me and my wife. I ordered two Roast Beef sandwiches, both of Asiago bread(a terrific bread!). For myself, I wanted Cheddar Cheese, Extra Onion, Dry(No Sauce – I don’t personally care for their standard sauce and add Mayo at home.), Black Pepper with No Tomato(a dialysis diet restriction). My wife ordered her sandwich with Cheddar Cheese, Onion, Extra Sauce, Black Pepper and add Tomato. I also ordered two of their Éclairs. Once I got home and opened our lunches, it was quickly evident that the staff at Kneaders cannot translate an order. My Sandwich came with Swiss Cheese, a few onion slices, Tomato and no Black Pepper. The only thing they got right was the no sauce… thank goodness. My wife’s sandwich came with Swiss Cheese, Extra Onion, almost no Sauce, No Tomato and no Black Pepper. Plus, the Éclairs we ordered were old and stale and we finished neither, meaning we basically wasted the money we spent for those. I don’t know what it is about Kneaders. They could be fantastic. But such poor service is the direct result of management, whether local or corporate. It is obvious to me that the staff at this Kneaders just doesn’t care about the product they push out. After all, how difficult is it to get an order right? My decades in the restaurant business have shown me that doing so is not hard at all. I guess — once again – that making a great product is not a priority to the folks at Kneaders. Time and again, that fact has become glaringly apparent. I seriously doubt that I’ll give them another chance. Multiple similar experiences have taught me to never go there again.

I love Kneaders more every time I go. My favorite use to be the Turkey Bacon Avacado on Focaccia. Now I get the Veggie Avocado. Basically the same, no meat. I would get it with a side of soup. You really can’t go wrong with any soup tomato basil with ravioli, loaded potato, chicken noodle, creamy broccoli, poblano, etc. Every soup is great. My favorite desserts were the chocolate mousse dome, berry cheesecake, lime tart, any brownie. Breakfast: all you can eat chunky cinnamon French toast. You will not be disappointed. So basically the whole menu. This is not the kind of place you order the same thing every time because it is the only thing you like, this is really good food! I wish I could sign up for a «meal plan» like in college and just eat here every meal. Lol. One last note, take home a loaf of bread to tide you over between visits. :) I almost forgot, my kids love the kids meals and cool toys they actually play with, and are clever, not just a plastic figure from the latest movie.

I always go to Great Harvest when I wanna go smell bread. But this place smells good too! I love the French toast! Best thing ever!

This is the best Kneaders in town! Probably the only Kneaders where you’ll be served on an actual plate(the black baskets aren’t a big deal though, just thought I’d point out the plates if you never noticed). The iconic all you can eat French toast never gets old but I prefer to grab a breakfast sandwich with their freshly baked croissants. The soup, salad and sandwiches are all delicious. The Turkey bacon avocado sandwich is simply delicious! I was so surprised when I had my first sandwich because I was not expecting actual turkey breast. The french dip is so hearty and warming. I love the crustiness of the bread. You really can’t go wrong. The pastries are a hit or miss. I like most of the pastries. The fruit tart has never been my favorite and I think the bread pudding is a little too sweet for my stomach but everything else is great. I love the carrot cake and seasonal cupcakes(raspberry lemon, chocolate mint, chocolate cherry cheese). The raspberry pie is by far my favorite desert. The crust is deliciously buttery with a mildly sweet cream filling, topped off with a raspberry filling. Deeelicious! Can’t forget to mention that the staff members are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Seriously, ask the cashier about any food and they give you the run down of whats in the food.

I am a huge Kneaders fan, but that has been from years of learning what to order and what not to order. Their French toast haunts my dreams, and their Hazelnut 12 Grain is probably my favorite bread that I’ve ever had, anywhere. And in the fall they have this divine pumpkiny loaf that I can gobble down in one sitting. In general, the sandwiches are solid. Their fresh-carved turkey in particular is stellar and something I highly recommend. However, there are some things that just aren’t at the 5-star level, many of which are the desserts. They’re good, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t finish them wishing there was more. The bread puddings have always disappointed me, although I love mine super moist and custardy. The cream cheese brownie is the best of the brownies, although sometimes I feel they skimp on the cream cheese. The chocolate croissant is a mediocre version of my favorite pastry. I’ve never been impressed with their cheesecakes or cookies. As far as the savory items go, the French dip was a disappointment – particularly the au jus. The service at this Kneaders location leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had food spilled on me by staff and orders forgotten. But that doesn’t keep me from coming back – I love the food too much!

I live in Virginia now, but every time I visit I am sure to visit kneaders as well. They make you feel as though you belong and their food is like eating something made by a loved one. My personal favorite is their french toast. Absolutely the best french toast I’ve ever had ever. I wish they would get to the east coast already so I could eat their amazing food daily!!!

I love Kneaders Bakery and Café — but for the past 3 Tuesdays, I have stopped by late afternoon to bring dinner home for my family and each time I received the wrong order. Last Tuesday around 4pm, I went through the drive through and they gave me someone else’s order. I noticed right away and was able to get it corrected, but they had to make all my food over again since the car in front of me got my order. Not only did I have a long wait, the tuna sandwich panni style was barely toasted and the tuna inside was cold. Today, I went through the drive through(again around 4pm) and ordered 5 difference sandwiches, a variety of cookies and a pint of soup. One sandwich was a turkey artichoke panni that was cold when I got home(just 4 minutes from Kneaders), the bread around the edges were too hard to eat and the middle of the sandwich was too soggy to enjoy. Another sandwich was made with the wrong bread and had onions on it, even though I ordered it correctly and the order was correct on the receipt. Plus, I was shorted one cookie. I am just so disappointed in the service and quality lately.

Kneaders is delicious. It is a soup, salad and sandwich restaurant and all three are delicious. I usually order a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The sauce they serve on the sandwich is amazing. The dessert is pretty good too. Their breakfast french toast and even croissant sandwiches are to die for! I often order a loaf of bread to go, they are so good. The inside is very clean and nice. It has a nice homey feel, like you’re eating at your mother’s house. You can even buy home decorations. Employees are friendly and the service is quick. There’s always plenty of seating! Give Kneaders a try if you are in the mood for some delicious comfort food. But go in, the drive through is quite slow!

One of the most disappointing breakfast meals I have ever had. Ordered the American omelet. Came with a portion size for a 2 year old. 2 pieces of broccoli and 3 small pieces of ham(smaller than a dime). Wouldn’t recommend.

When I first came to Utah everyone was all like you have to go to Kneaders and I didn’t know what the big deal about his place was. Now I do. The sandwich I had here was AMAZING and the desserts, I tried the napoleon and the chocolate mousse dome. Both were incredibly delicious. They were also giving away samples of their bread pudding which normally isn’t my thing but it was fantastic. I can’t wait to go there again!

I frequent this restaurant. I’m one of those who always gets the same thing every time I go, but this time I decided to change and get a different salad. They remodeled the restaurant in Pleasant Grove and it’s wonderful. Plenty of room for seating, and the drive-through is very fast. I love all of their menu selections as I have taken many friends to this restaurant when they come visit. The deserts are to die for. I especially love the pumpkin bread. I will make an extra trip just to get some to take home. They make very yummy gift baskets as well… I have ordered them for family and friends on holidays.

HOLYSHIT. This is probably the place place I’ve ever eaten at. Its so flippin cute and fancy in there, and my mother has gone several times and informed me that whenever she goes there with people everyone orders something different and everything everyone has is always amazing. Like«you have to try this» kinda awesome. Their salads are incredible and you HAVE to try a desert/baked good item when you go, seriously. This place is awesome.

Yummy every time. My favorite is the Turkey Cranberry croissant. The turkey is pulled right off the bird, the breads are so fresh and everything is always good. The eclairs are awesome!

They serve really good French toast. You need to expect that this will be sweet but they also have other options and soup. Éclair is all kids favorite! It is def a good spot for breakfast.

I wish that we had a Kneaders in Oregon as this place is delicious. Fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service, how can one go wrong? I had the Bacon Turkey Avocado on Asiago and it was delicious along with one of their house lemonades. I will definitely miss this place when I go back home.
