I was very happy with the carpet installation and it was done within 2 days which was amazing! However, I am only giving them three stars because we also ordered a granite countertop and were told that it would be installed in about 10 days, within two weeks at the latest. We didn’t even get a call to get the counters templated until 10 days later and they scheduled the install for the 18th day and then had to postpone to 3 days later. Disappointed. :(
