Took in a couple of watches for battery replacement and cleaning. Both watches were finished in about 20 minutes and all of the employees present treated me well. I would definitely recommend their battery replacement and cleanings.

I bought a watch here for my boyfriend and had a generally positive experience. We had gone in a few weeks earlier just to browse and the man who helped us was very professional and knowledgable. Definitely a salesman, of course, but that’s expected! Came back by myself a few weeks later to buy the watch and a different man helped me. He was very nice and approachable and even offered an extra discount on the watch after we talked about how it was a birthday gift, «just because.» The watch also included a coupon for a free sizing in the store. Overall, I loved my experience here!

Very pushy sales people who are not interested in helping you unless they can make a profit. I felt condescended to because I came in for a battery replacement for my regular wristwatch. Avoid!

I thought they were over priced. I paid 30 dollars for two batteries and for them to put it in. It included free cleanings and battery replacement for 5 years but I doubt I will use it. The Guy did know his watches though.

Unbelievably Rude! The pin holding my watch band needed to be pushed out and back in again through a loop… literally a 15 second fix. He quoted me a $ 10 service fee… with a straight face. Thinking he was obviously joking I joked back in kind. I soon realized he was serious. He went on and attempted to lecture me about how this is a business and he needs to charge for such services for all the training and time, blah, blah, blah. They obviously have no CLUE about how to build a business on reputation of great service. Very short-sighted and surprizingly rude — wanting to argue a point, not simply justify a policy. He actually had the gaul to tell me that I don’t know how a business is run! Lifetime value of a customer is a obviously a forgien concept here. I vowed to never purchase a watch or have them provide any kind of service for me in the future. Needed to share this experience to save others the trouble of wasting any time and money at this establishment.
