Had a wonderful massage here by Emily Mitchell. It was absolutely fantastic! I’ve had many massages in my life and this was at the top. She was professional, skilled, and amazingly good! Seasons Salon and Spa is a really nice facility… very clean, and beautiful inside with dim lighting setting the mood. They also start you off with a foot scrub/foot massage which I’ve never seen at other spas! I will definitely be back again! They do many services here, which I haven’t tried yet, but as for massage, you will be hard pressed to find a better therapist than Emily Mitchell. Very relaxing and rejuvenating!

I will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so kind and soooo talented. Autumn is absolutely amazing. Everything here is run so well, and the customer service is exceptionally amazing. There are so many different things you can do here, I can spend an entire day here treating myself to this amazing facility. I would highly recommend her, or anyone else here! You are seriously missing out if you go anywhere else!

NOTE — HIDDENREVIEWSATTHEBOTTOM(which mine will likely be as well)! It does not feel good to blast any business, however knowing how active the owner is on Unilocal,I can only hope this helps in making your business better as my experience was less than positive. Yeah, I know… first world problems, had a bad experience at a day spa however I did spend over $ 200 on the services provided. I was in for a package treatment which was to include a 60 min facial, 60 min massage, 30 sauna and 60 min pedicure. I arrived 10 minutes early and was not greeted by my esthetician until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Note, I was ‘relaxing’ in the waiting room only to hear several staff talk about their evening and show pictures to one another. It was loud, distracting and very unprofessional. The facial was very odd, it was nothing more than putting lotions and potions on and the first time a warm towel was wrapped around my face, she covered my nose and I about passed out. Instead of wrapping around my neck/chin and covering my forehead. My appointment went for about 45 minutes, not sure if that was to make up the time where she was late getting there. The massage was top notch, however I couldn’t tell you her name as she never introduced herself. This was the highlight, however also cut short and went for around 45 – 50 minutes. The sauna is shared, not an issue, I just didn’t realize that going in and you can hear the bass from the music at the tanning salon that is part of Seasons. That room is also a passage to the back so staff were filing in and out, not exactly relaxing. The pedicure lasted 25 minutes, not the 60 minutes. I added on a blow try treatment and walked through the salon floor which was absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen so much hair in any salon and I’ve been getting my hair professionally cut for over 20 years. I then listened as the two stylists talked about the previous client, completely unprofessional. My stylist had injured her finger and provided me details and even showed me her finger which i didn’t ask for nor did I want to see. I will not be back and ironically as I was waiting in the front between appointments, I saw the friend who recommended Seasons and she was very upset saying that she had just had the worst manicure. Looks like you lost two customers. :/Please do not reply, just hoping this will help and not cause any additional customers loss(new or existing).

I didn’t have an appointment but was able to be sat down in a chair after 20 minutes of waiting(I was expecting a much longer wait). I went in for just a trim and Diana spent a lot of time making sure that every strand was perfect from every angle. I have some relatively thick hair and without asking she thinned it out for me and gave my hair some texture. She was very pleasant and professional the whole time. They never pressured me to add on any other services or products. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, great people!

Not sure if they’re doing renovations or something, but the space is very construction chic. I went there to get my eyebrows done and while they were helpful at first, my experience quickly went downhill. We wandered down seemingly endless corridors, finally settling on a room that had spots of paint of the walls. For some reason, the lights didn’t work properly, so we had a fun time of trying to not hit me in the face while moving the lamp. Then, to top off the experience, I ended up with crooked eyebrows for $ 20+. When she gave me the mirror, I mentioned that they were crooked. She looked at me and assured me that they weren’t. I believed her because… well, I assume she’s a licensed professional. Then I went home and had everyone comment on the crookedness of my face. Bright side to the whole thing, I got to experiment with letting part of my hair fall over my face, but bottom line, I won’t be going there again, at least not for eyebrow maintenance.

This review is based only on the customer service. I went in to get a giftcard and immediately second guessed my choice to purchase from this establishment. The lobby/receptionist area was very crowded. I sat and waited until the front desk had cleared. I then went up and stood at the front desk. Seeing that the young lady behind the desk was on the computer, I didn’t interrupt her, but was annoyed because there were FIVE people behind the desk and none of them greeted me, or asked how they could help. This is a big pet peeve of mine. I felt the«spa» was more of a casual salon, not a luxurious spa. The employees didn’t seem professional and I didn’t get the«spa feel» that I’ve enjoyed at other facilities. Ultimately I left. I wasn’t about to give them $ 60 if they couldn’t be bothered to give me a quick greeting that acknowledged my presence. Their services might be better, but based on the customer service I received, I won’t be back. First impressions are everything, and Seasons didn’t leave me wanting more!

I have been a regular at seasons for a little over a year now and I have never had a negative experience! I usually go to get my hair cut and colored but have also done manis and pedis there. I never leave the salon feeling less than fabulous. Liz is my go to for hair. She really know what she’s doing and is great at coming up with different options and looks. Definitely try Seasons!

I am late in posting this review but want to do so to help promote Seasons. I came here for my hair, manicures and pedicures for two years while I lived in the area. My hair stylist was exceptional. Whatever I wanted to do with my hair that day, she made it happen and beyond my expectations. She was also attentive to my needs, a great communicator and showed that she cared about her clients. She was humble and real. There were different girls that did my nails, and they were all great. The décor here is inviting. The bathroom was really relaxing. Sounds weird but it is! I would recommend Seasons very highly to anyone.

I booked the mommy to be package here as a birthday present and had a great experience! The staff were all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Jill did my prenatal massage and it was magical, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Angie did my pedicure and did a great job taking her time and making sure it looked great. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Love this place! I have been going there for 3 years now and it is a fantastic salon. I have started getting all of my personal services there, hair, tanning, massages, synergy massages that help you lose fat. Everything is great.

We went here on Valentines Day. It overall was a good experience, first time getting a massage. I think they didn’t realize that we had no clue what to do or how to act. It was dark and everyone was whispering which was a little odd and the whole thing was a little strange at first. After getting into a robe in a changing room, you have a foot soak. The foot soak is basically a metal bowl filled with water and then one of the girls will randomly rub some scrub on it but not really massage it or scrub. This aspect could improve. You don’t really get to soak your feet for that long. During all of that you are filling out paperwork which sort of reduces your level of relaxation. It was a busy day for the spa so the room we were in was a bit cramped. We both agreed that you need to speak up and tell how you want to be massaged but we both are a little shy. The massage was alright, wasn’t particularly relaxing during it, though there was definitely some tension released which we noticed afterwards. It was overall an okay experience — good to experience for once in your life, but could have been better too.

I have been to this salon multiple times and have not been disappointed. The first time was to get an up do for my sister’s wedding and I loved it. I got my hair colored from dark brown to blonde(my natural color) for my wedding and was really nervous. I wanted it very specific and they nailed it! I’ve seen lots of chunky/orange blonde hair colors and I did NOT want that for my wedding. I returned and had them do my hair for my wedding day. Since then I have also been to get my hair cut and my husband gave me a spa package with a facial, massage and sauna. The sauna was small, but served the purpose :) I love the atmosphere, it’s very relaxing. The only things I have not done at Seasons are tanning, fitness and nails so I can’t say anything about those. I love all of their options though. One stop shop.

I love this salon/spa. I’ve had a couple massages, an underarm wax, gel nails, and a pedicure. The staff is always nice and professional. I changed my appointment on them like 5 times and they were so gracious and patient with me. There was a small glich with my nails. Apparently I had been scheduled at a time when they didn’t have a nail tech who knew how to do gel nails on staff. Autumn called me personally, offered me acrylic at 50% off, offered to call other salons to see if they could get me in, and eventually called someone in to come do my nails. Amazing efforts to make it right. Thank you Autumn! And thank you Janelle for coming in and doing an amazing job on my nails! Love this place!

I got a package with a body wrap, craniosacral/massage and time in the infra-red sauna. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and nice. I really enjoyed it.

This is my favorite spa experience I’ve ever had! The décor is very understated and relaxing, I loved the dimmer lighting as it added to the peaceful environment. Plus their rates are among the lowest that you’ll find in the area. I went in for a brazilian and it was the best brazilian I’ve ever had. I wish I’d written down the waxer’s name so I could recommend her to others(I no longer live in the area or I’d be a repeat customer for sure). She worked really quickly and had me help pull/hold my skin in certain ways to keep it tight which reduced the pain when she pulled the strips off. I wish all bikini waxers would do this! I’ve been to a number of different ones and she’s the only one who has used this method. They also offered some nice lotion and wipes to clean yourself up afterwards, which some places strangely don’t. Seriously, this place is awesome in every way, I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

The staff is so immature. I do go here because there is a couple of the girls I like to do my eyebrows and pedicures, but the place is so dark! And, I know that I might have to deal with less than«spa like» service at check in. And all the additions/services are just out of control. They have a lot of everything, but specialize in nothing. Clothing, purses, tanning, and now fitness classes??? I thought it was a salon and day spa.

Just got a pedicure at Seasons Salon and Day Spa in Orem and I loved it! I got the Spa Pedicure which lasted an hour and it was so relaxing. It included a paraffin wax which was super awesome! I’ve never had that before and recommend it to everyone. They are do some renovation/expansion in the salon so there was some noise going on, but I didn’t mind. I was still relaxed and in my happy place the whole time. If you get a pedicure at Seasons Salon and Day Spa request Danica. She is fabulous!
