I came here today for the first time without an appointment, and was blown away by the customer service. Jeff went out of his way to take care of me and my car. These guys were fast, professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. This was my best experience ever at an oil change place. Thank you, Express Oil Change & Tire Center! Thank you, Jeff! Fast, professional, examined vehicle for additional problem at no charge and corrected improper oil change service from another provider. Cost was as quoted. If you read negative reviews, look at the response. These people care about your business.

Great experience walking in for an oil change without an appointment. They vacuum out your car with an oil change and very clearly describe which fluids they topped up, etc. A little pricey, but hey, this is Orinda! Put their license plate holder on your car and get $ 5 off your next visit. No complaints.

Fast, courteous professional service — thorough work, clear reasonable estimate up front — then I was charged less per actual details of the tire work. Clean rest room and waiting room — and a comfortable outside table with an umbrella. I’ll be back.
