I’ve lived here for a number of years and I have never had any problems! The maintenance staff is always quick to fix any maintenance issues I may have and they are always keeping the sidewalks cleared in the winter. Everyone in the office and all of my neighbors are all very nice and I love being part of the community. Easy access to grocery stores, the mall, and the highway exits.

I have lived here for a few years. i make a complaint or ask for maintenance and they show up late or the next day with an attitude. I have made several complaints about the condition of the yard in font of my unit the mold mildew moss holes and weeds. It appears the guys just skip this unit and are told by some one in the office not to cut trim or weed anything. The problem here is not the condition of the units its the people in the office who charge outrageous fees and keep your deposit call you a disgruntle unhappy tenant if you complain well i have a few words i would like to call them but i won’t.
