Doctors here are pretty bad. They are dismissive of their patients and behave like they have a chip on their shoulder. Had 2 separate incidents of these physicians(different ones) becoming insulting and demeaning during the visit. This makes communication difficult. Not only is the bedside manner bad, they do not seem to be interested in treating any concerns, ordering proper tests, or properly reviewing any tests that are done. Now I am on my way to the emergency room with a condition which might have been treated had the doctor listened /tested properly.

Horrible customer service. You can call and call for an appointment and NEVERGETANANSWER. How can you schedule a doctor appointment? The nurses are not friendly. Forget it.

I am currently 5 months pregnant. I started visiting this office 2 months ago. My first visit I waited over an hour to be called to see the doctor, and that was with an appt. Since then my experience has been just as horrible. I should’ve taken my first visit as a sign to not return! The phone system is absolutely horrible. I have called and let the phone ring for over 2 minutes with no one answering. I have also been placed on hold for 10 – 15 minutes at a time to make an phone appointment. I have attempted to reach my doctor on several occassions with no return phone call for days. She is constantly in and out of the office and I have no idea when shes scheduled. I understand she delivers babies, but the practice needs a better method for handling medical forms, employee forms and other paper request. I am currently in the process of changing practices back to Northwestern. I delivered my first child there and had a wonderful and terrific experience. I would strongly advise not choosing this office for your medical needs, unless you prefer to be ignored.
