All Seasons is a great company and Gene, our sales person, has done a great job for us. We are on our second pool by them with Gene working on both. We have one at home which we have loved for 4 years now and another going in at our business for our dog clients. We use our pool at home every weekend from about May to early October. It is great because friends and family come over all the time to play. Anyway, they make the process easy and make sure you know everything up front so the surprises are kept to a minimum. I marked as pricey, we shopped around and they were not the most but not the least either, but it is a pool after all so it does cost you. Make sure to ask for Gene!

All Seasons pool in Orland Park did an awesome job creating a backyard resort for us. Dan Lenz and staff went out of their way to make sure it was done right! A kidney shaped pool, with waterfall, slide, water features, bar and fire pit were all completed to perfection. We love our backyard and everyone who stops by cant believe the incredible job they did. Thanks for our paradise! We have referred several friends who have had jobs done and also are very pleased!

We had a pool, water feature and slide installed in November of 2007 from All Seasons Pool and Spa. Summer of 2008 was the first year for our pool. They had to come out and replace the slide because it was leaking. They also had to replace tiles on the water feature that were cracked. I also started noticing excessive white calcium deposits coming through the mortar on the water feature facing the pool. So every couple of weeks I would be in the pool with a flat head screwdriver scraping the white deposits off of the tiles. I had been doing this for 3 years during swimming season. Summer of 2011 comes around and we notice a huge crack on the tile on the top of the water feature. I call ASPS and asked them if they would come out. They did and they fixed it. They also told me to seal the water feature. I did that once in 2011 and twice in 2012. Summer of 2012 was pretty good. All I had to do was scrape the white deposits off the tile every couple of weeks. This summer of 2013 we open the pool and one of the tiles pop off on the side and most are loose on top. You can actually pick the tiles up. The mortar is no good. I called ASPS and they didnt even come out. They told me to take pictures and send to them. I did that and they gave me a proposal for a couple of thousand dollars to replace the mortar. I told them no. Thank god one of my children were not walking on the feature. One of them could have gotten hurt. On May 21st we had the mortar on our water feature replaced. I got a couple of quotes and we went with a professional who did it for 20% of what ASPS was going to charge. He was able to do all the work except for one part that had blue silicone on it. ASPS attached the stone on the water feature to the actual feature with blue silicone. Nice. We love our pool and have had no major problems with it. The water feature issues still upset me.

Great place providing you have $ 60,000 to drop on a pool you’re only gonna use 2 — 3 times a year.
