Cloud tobacco has a wide variety of all hookah and cigars. The employees are very prompt and knowledgeable about their products.

I love this place. They have the best hookah selection in town and Sam really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to vaping. He is honest with his customers and fair with his prices. I totally recommend this place any tobacco lover. Somewho guys to tobacco pipes to premium cigars… They have it all!

Don’t know what these other guys are talking about because I had a great experience. The owner is very nice and polite and this is a very nice place. Prices are very reasonable!

Customer service is a must when trying to succeed in ANY business. The staff at Cloud Tobacco are helpful when it comes to knowledge about their product, but as far as personal orders go, they get one star.
I asked for a certain fantasia flavor and it has been over 3 weeks after I was told it would only take 2 to 3 DAYS!!!
I called every 2 – 3 days for three weeks and have come to the conclusion that they never ordered my tobacco. I don’t think that is very good customer service. I am not going to provide this shop with my business anymore. I don’t think anyone reading this should either.
