AVOID DR PRINCE AT ALL COSTS! Do your research and find an Ortho that actually cares for his patients and will correct his mistakes.
I began treatment in February 2015 and was never given a correct set of invisalign trays, even after 3 different sets of impressions and NINE visits to his office. Each time the trays would come back and would not fit correctly. He sent the impressions 4 separate times. One time the tray did not go all the way up to the gums. All four times that trays came back, there was always a pretty decent gap (3mm) between my teeth and the tray. I received a 2^nd opinion from another ortho and come to find out that you are supposed to remove the attachments each time you take impressions. How can you take a correct impression with plastic hanging on each tooth. This is most certainly not correct but Dr Prince would always have some sort of explanation or put the blame on someone else, something else. If you do your research, you will see pictures of patients who have been through the treatment. During my research, I did not see anyone who had trays that looked like mine! Dr Prince always had lame ass excuses as to why they did not fit. After each appointment and with my dissatisfaction, his famous one liner to me was always «Come back in two weeks». I was so desperate to have this work as I am getting married and wanted perfect teeth for my special day. Invisalign is not cheap and when I am spending a ton of money on wedding related things, it makes my blood boil to spend hard earned money on a treatment with a joke of a Doctor who cant make something so simple correct.
Each time I would call with an issue, it took DAYS to get a response from Dr Prince, even though the receptionist would promise a call back by the end of the day. He takes on too many patients and with FOUR offices (Naperville, Glen Ellyn, Orland Park and New Lenox), he cannot spend the invididual care that is needed on each patient. Every time I would come for an appointment, Dr Prince and his staff never knew why I was there and I had to explain the situation each time. These people do not have any clue whats going on. Good luck trying to get an appointment at your desired location because they are always overbooked and never available. I had to drive an hour to his Glen Ellyn office at least once because I couldn’t keep taking time off work to come during the day. Also expect to wait in the waiting room WAY past your appointment time. It was a normal thing to wait 30 – 40 minutes until I was finally seen.
Dr Prince gives his cell phone number to his clients with issues but as he never answers his phone and does not return calls/​voicemails/​texts, it is not helpful.
Dr Prince will brag that hes treated over 2000 patients and that he is the top 1% of Invisalign but do not believe this bull. Whenever I had an issue, he would say hes «never seen this problem before» but how can that be if you’ve treated so many people.
If you want a stress free treatment, it is best to go somewhere else where you can get the treatment and service you deserve.

I cannot thank Dr. prince enough! He not only made my sons teeth beautiful but gave my daughter a whole new outlook on her smile and confidence. She was born without laterals and had a lot of spacing. After docs and invisaligns magic you would never have a clue. I have told everyone I know to consult with him and his great staff before even thinking about getting braces! My kids teeth are witness that he is the best at what he does! One day doesn’t go by that somebody is always complimenting my kids on there smile and teeth. DR. PRINCE is the man to see!

When I moved to Tinley Park, I started going to Dr. Prince to finish my metal braces. Words cannot describe the amount of pain, and discomfort I endured while going to his older office on 171^st and Harlem. Things may have stepped up since they have moved (twice now I believe). But let me just say this, if it’s anything like it was when I went their about two years ago… AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS.
–The staff is not friendly, and certainly doesn’t seem to care as to the level of pain your in. Their even quick to ridicule your brushing and hygiene habits, as if you are some sort of idiot holding a toothbrush backwards… And their annoyed that they have to «fix» your mouth.
–The doctors (Prince was rarely present, another guy was there often) seem to be in the wrong profession. The guy stepping in for Prince the majority of the time wouldn’t talk to you, tell you what he was doing in your mouth, he would just storm in the room… start jabbing at your gumline and talking to his assistants about a wedding and getting wasted (true story). Dr. Prince was a bit nicer, but he couldn’t bring enough to the table for all the shortcomings of the staff and dingy atmosphere.
–Rafael: If this assistant still works here, AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! His own personal health seems to have gone out the window as his sweat and BO oozed onto my body numerous times. He makes the simplest procedures painful as heck. He always finds a way to criticize the way you take care of your teeth.
Again, this was about two years ago. I truly hope for all the rest of the kids and teens who have to go to the dentist or get orthodontic work done that they have picked up their act. I am writing this review only because the dentist used to haunt me, almost scare me when I was younger and it’s because of his office!
*****If you want to be safe, get your money’s worth, and feel GOOD, if not GREAT about going to the dentist and taking care of your smile… go to Dr. Zaibak. Freakin’ miracle worker in the dental field. Google him. I’m not getting paid a red cent to support him, but I’m proud to promote his offices. I NEVER thought I would actually like going to the dentist. My teeth are finally moving in the right direction.
