Dunkin’ Donuts

We came here on Friday (⁶⁄₃) for iced coffee and a regular coffee and the door was locked at 8 pm even though I could see workers inside. We should have left but I said let us try the drive thru. I was told they discontinued the pistachio flavour for coffee and when driving up to pay, the order was wrong and had to be fixed. I picked a different flavour but I am not sure it was even in the coffee. I was completely confused with what was going on that I did not even realize that I did not get a receipt until we got home. I do not think I will be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts any time soon.

Welcome to the south suburbs’ worst Baskin Robbins /​Dunkin Donuts! I’ve had a few incidents here that I’ve overlooked, though not this time. just had an employee of that establishment start an argument with me, as I attempted to order, then after I delivered some admittedly harsh verbiage to express my level of dissatisfaction, this senseless individual takes the extra step of walking out the front door to address me, falling short of approaching my truck (wise move). To the owner of this location: You have hired one disrespectful, rude employee after another. I have seen the revolving door allow them in and spit them out, one by one. I have avoided your location, as have others, for too long. this is a failure on your part. If customer service is not your objective, sell your location to someone who cares. I’ve had money pulled from my hand, without a thank you, messed up drinks, without the simple courtesy of an apology and overall exceedingly poor service. corporate has been notified and hopefully they’ll keep a closer watch on your location.

Worst dunkin donuts in the area. Horrible customer service. They are rude and never get my order correct. I avoid this dd altogether and will drive out of my way for another one.

It’s hard to earn a one star but the service here does. It’s the regular DD products so that doesn’t change. B

They are fast to me to get coffee or something else the only this that bugs me for coffee they don’t mix it up at all and it is so hard to mix it up in the car or at home

Great, friendly service from Hassan! Very pleasant, sincere manner. I could hear him inside teaching a new employee how to make a sandwich. Very patient and sweet. Oh. And my iced latte and sandwich was awesome!

This has to be one of the worst DD locations I have ever been to. 4 out of 5 times they’ll get my order wrong, more often than not they don’t have what I want, and lastly, their coffee doesn’t taste anything like it should.
Management is constantly changing and so are employees. I’m not sure why this is, but usually the people working here seem to be doing it forcefully rather than acting like they remotely care about their job. These guys have officially made me into a Starbucks customer thanks to their poor customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I never make reviews… especially of fast food restaurants but this was serious. I went to the orland dunkin last Saturday and it was WAY hotter in there than it was outside (on an 85 degree day). I was instantly sweating. Employees were wearing basketball shorts and lifting up their shirts to wipe the sweat off their faces. GROSS! I saw one kid grab donuts with no glove after wiping his face. Then I proceeded to order, and they told me they could not do any hot food? But the girl would not tell me why. Weird. Then I decided I would order doughnuts instead. The first 4 doughnuts I ordered they were out of. So I basically wasted my money there buying things I never wanted. Besides all of this, the store was a mess. Black moldy fruit, doughnuts tissues hanging off the display. Doughnut racks set everywhere. I’ve also been food poisoned by this location before, so now I know how. This location is disgusting. Having my sanitation license, I should report ye place. There is absolutely no way they should have been open that day, or be allowed to open their doors any day in the future. I hope your corporate office takes this seriously.

Awful Awful Awful. Came here with my uncle and two cousins. We are at the the Drive-​Thru and we ask for a minute to order. We are ready and the guy is like give me 5 minutes I need to use the bathroom. WHAT? That’s is just when we should have left. But it gets better.
My cousin is like can I have a Chips Ahoy donut. Reply: No Donuts at all
Other cousin: Can I have a mint chocolate chip shake please?
Reply: no shakes at all
My uncle: okay SEE YOU TOMORROW MAN!!!
Was my worst experience at DD no donuts or shakes? And there was another car in front of us who left with no food and was there for like 20 seconds so he probably got bad service too.

Awful service. I waited in line and the workers served one of their friends before the 3 women waiting several minutes in the main line. Saw another employee «sampling» some food from the sandwich area. I question the cleanliness. Not sure where they get the workers from. I will never go to this DD again!

Every dunkin donuts has it’s flaws. I’ve even told out of town friends, that if you order more than 3 items at any dunkin donuts, something or everything will be wrong.
In spite of it all, I’m pretty devoted. I almost ALWAYS avoid this DD. Purely because the staff is incredibly immature, my service is horrible, with people making noises and being rude and cocky over the drive thru. Thank god I have a sense of humor, but I can’t imagine other people not going off on these people that work there.
Over the course of years… The workers are chronically bad. Ironically, it’s the only one in the Chicagoland area that seems to employ teens. Oddly enough it’s so consistently bad, and I don’t think I’ve ever been served by the same people… So it must just be taught from one shoddy employee to the next.
No one is ever in a rush.

I actually received a cold bacon egg cheese wrap once… As in, they made it earlier and left it out and then put it in my bag… The cheese was cold and hard and everything. Normally those bad boys are like lava.
I don’t think I’ve ever left this particular location and not questioned if someone spat in or tainted my food /​drink.
I’m not saying anyone DID, for a fact, but the immature and rude kids there make me always question myself for going there to try again. I’ll drive to the one 5 miles further from now on, because, even though they occasionally get my order wrong, I never wait in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru to have some snotty entitled kid on his first job make noises and speak distastefully and impolite through an intercom.
If I were the owner of this particular location, I would fire the whole staff and start over with people who actually want a job, instead of some kids who could care less if they advance in the world.

Terrible Service. have been there 3 times in the past few weeks, thinking maybe it was just a couple people who were having a bad day. the past 2 times i have sat in the drive thru line for 15 min plus. the first time i drove around hopped over the mcdonalds and got a coffee. the 2^nd time i sat at the speaker for 12 min exactly with no communication from the associate inside. i had noticed the car in front of me had already left the pickup window. i drove around and the guy asked me what did i order. i said nothing yet. i started to give him a simple coffee order, and he preceded to point his index finger telling me to hold on while he took the order of the car that was behind me first. absolutelty terrible i told him nevermind and drove off… i will NEVER ever come back to this location again. 131^st and Lagrange and 159^th St. are the way to go. smh

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 159^th or on LaGrange by 131^st. Today I saw an employee put the donut I didn’t order back on the fresh donut shelf. Not sure if the people at this location are lazy or just don’t care.
I also ordered a munchkin mix, to my surprise they were 90% the same, and of course the ones no one really wants. There are other locations with better service and good product, go there instead.

They were out of the plain donuts with white frosting and sprinkles, which are my favorite. Tsk tsk. But the «marbled» one I had instead was pretty good, and the hot chocolate was hot and delicious. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Good place for a quick road stop to enjoy some junk food!

Speedy service at this location, clean environment, and always friendly customer service. The only reason I’m giving this location 4 stars? The drive-​thru could use a repave.

i love dunkin donuts and i probably been to every single one of them, but this store im not a big fan of. their coffee always taste like water with bunch of cream. It has no taste at all. u have to pay a dollar to get a shot of expresso just to give it a taste. The people seem nice but very slow service.
