I originally wrote a bad review on several sites, I’m trying to find them to update them. We had a bad experience not getting what we thought we were getting for the price we paid, rude response from management, etc. Fred Fox was recently bought and management changed and the new owner personally called me to rectify my concerns from over 2 years ago. I was given six additional copies of my video and 3 wall pictures with a very sincere apology for what happened under the former management and to regain my trust under the new managemetn. We were VERY impressed with new management and the efforts made to make things right. Beautiful wall mount pictures and it’s always nice to have a few extra copies of the video for family. Thank you SO much! The videography and photography was beautiful, it was only the management we had an issue with! And now we have no issues! Thank you!

Absolutely horrible service. I have always heard great things about Fred Fox — we used them based on a friend’s recommendation, but after using them for our wedding I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend them to a friend. The photographer was good(didn’t do many artistic photos as requested though) but the service after the wedding was horrible. We received our proofs late and our«free» Thank Yous still haven’t arrived 2.5 months after our wedding. More details to follow… I highly recommend using another photography studio especially for the price. Fred Fox is priced high and you can definitely find another photography studio for the price, quality, and service!!! I’m sure there are many other disappointed and frustrated customers right now.

Loved the photographer we had for the wedding. Did not love the service for the price. Other places will give you edited photos to review online before your guests can see them. My bra was showing in about 5 online proofs that were viewed by our guests before I could ask Fred Fox to remove them. Our wedding was in October 2011, the proofs were not ready until December even though they were not edited in any way. We picked our proofs for the wedding album in January 2012. It’s now June and we still have not received the album. When we called yesterday they said that we need to understand. Their top designer quit(makes you wonder) and there have been holidays so that’s why there is a delay. Didn’t know Easter and Mother’s Day were big enough events to keep a photography company that specializes in special events from time efficiency. It’s sad that we already paid for all of this and we haven’t been able to enjoy anything we’ve paid for. We shopped more inexpensive companies and they do not take this long to get wedding albums out. And I can’t help but be concerned that if their«Top designer» quit that maybe we won’t be getting the quality we paid for in our album. I also have a feeling that they honestly just forgot about our order and are now rushing it for us which, again, will only mean poor editing and low quality effort. Very disappointing, we had high hopes for this company based on family members reviews. I hope we get our wedding album soon as we are expecting our first child. We planned on using Fred Fox for the new born photos but now that is extremely unlikely.
