They were pretty cool. I wasn’t looking for anything specific, but I got a decent trade offer for the stack of PS3 games I was trying to get rid of. I asked about the new Battlefront and they seemed pretty knowledgeable. They seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to buy it just then though. I was just wondering!

Every time I go into this Game Stop I leave 100% satisfied. The staff there are very knowledgable and friendly. I’ve dealt with Gus a few times now and I think he reads my
Mind!
I’m a parent that wants to buy games for my kids and he knows just what to pick. Also, if I choose one that my kid wants he gives me a description of that game.
The last time I was in there I had trouble with my points and he called the help desk and took care of it right then and there. The patience and customer service was above and beyond!
